Evaluation Of The Efficacy Of Sugmel-3 Decoction In The Treatment Of Diastolic Heart Failure

Objective:To observe the changes in plasma brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),left ventricular diastolic function(left ventricular isovolumic relaxation time(IVRT),peak mitral filling velocity(E)to end diastolic velocity(A)),NYHY cardiac function classification,6min walking test,sleep quality and quality of life in patients with diastolic heart failure before and after treatment with Sugmel-3 decoction and then evaluate its therapeutic value for the clinical uses.Methods:70 patients with diastolic heart failure in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine were selected.The patients with mild to moderate diastolic heart failure,the age group less than 75 years old,and the cardiac function grade was less than grade III.According to the method of medical statistical random number table,it was divided into western medicine control group and SD-3 observation group,35 cases each.In the western medicine control group,routine clinical treatment(such as bed rest,oxygen inhalation,salt restriction,diuresis,ACEI,? receptor blocker,CCB,non cardioglycoside positive inotropic drugs,myocardial nutrition and other drugs)was used.In addition,the primary disease of DHF patients was actively diagnosed and treated,and the complications and causes of the disease were eliminated.The treatment lasted for one month.SD-3 observation group used SD-3 on the basis of Western medicine control group treatment(internal medicine system word m16061022,5g*3 bags),took 500ml of fresh milk,sd-3 5g each time,decocting with gentle fire for 3min,3 times/day,respectively in the morning,middle and after dinner.SPSS 22.0 was used to analyze the clinical data.When the conclusion was p<0.05,the clinical difference was statistically significant.When the conclusion was p<0.01,the clinical difference was statistically significant.When the conclusion was p>0.05,the clinical difference was not statistically significant.Results:1.It was found that the therapeutic effect of Sugmel-3 decoction in the observation group was significantly better than that in the clinical control group,the difference was statistically significant.There was significantly shortening of IVRT time,E/A>1,improvement of sleep quality and improvement of quality of life in the observation group i.e(p<0.05).2.It was found that plasma brain natriuretic peptide,NYHY cardiac function grade and 6min walking test were significantly improved in both groups before and after treatment,however,there was no significant difference between the two groups by clinical(p>0.05).Conclusion:Sugmel-3 decoction is effective in patients with mild to moderate diastolic heart failure,among the age group less than 75 years old and whose heart function grade is less than grade III for significant shortening of IVRT time,E/A,improvement of sleep quality and improvement of quality of life.
