| Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of Mongolian medicine wumohei-8 Wei Wan in the treatment of badakan Heyi migraine,so as to provide reference for further study.Methods:from January 2019 to December 2019,60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 patients in each group.Treatment group:Mongolian medicine wumohei-8 Wei Wan,twice a day(9 o'clock in the morning,9 o'clock in the evening),once 15 warm water.Control group:flunarizine hydrochloride,once a day(9 p.m.),once a 10 mg warm water.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.Observation and evaluation of the two groups before and after treatment symptoms and efficacy of the results of statistical analysis.Results:1.Curative effect:the effective rate of the treatment group is 80%,the total effective rate is 100%,the effective rate of the control group is 60%,the total effective rate is 93%,indicating that the treatment group and the control group have very good curative effect.Compared with the two groups,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Symptoms and VAS scores before and after treatment:the symptoms and VAS scores of the two groups improved significantly(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Observation of safety indexes before and after treatment:there was no significant change in the laboratory indexes of the two groups before and after treatment,which were in the normal range,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclus ion:1.The curative effect of Mongolian medicine wumohei-8 Wei Wan is obvious in the treatment of badakan Heyi migraine.2.The Mongolian medicine wumohei-8 Wei Wan has a significant effect on the treatment of the primary and secondary symptoms of badakan Heyi migraine.3.Observe the safety index before and after treatment:no significant difference(P>0.05),no side effects in the treatment process,safe and reliable. |
