Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at the jiugong point of the spine combined with “Gongxianfa” training in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,so as to provide certain basis for traditional Chinese medicine therapy combined with western medicine rehabilitation training to treat lumbar disc herniation. Methods A total of 72 patients who met the research standards and were treated in the department of acupuncture of Kunming Municipal Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine, department of orthopedics and department of traditional Chinese medicine of Yunnan St.John's Hospital, from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected.Using the random number table method, the patients were divided into the treatment group(acupuncture at the jiugong point of the spine combined with “Gongxianfa” training)and the control group(routine acupuncture),with 36 cases in each group. The treatment was once a day, from Monday to Friday, with weekend rest.10 times was one course of treatment, and a total of one course of treatment.Stick to the “Gongxianfa” training for at least one month. Before treatment,at the end of treatment and one month after treatment, patients were evaluated for their waist and leg pain by Visual analogue scale, and The Japanese Orthopedic Association lower low back pain evaluation and the modified Oswestry disability index were used to evaluate the lumbar function of the patients. At the same time, analyze the clinical efficacy.Results1.The gender, age, disease course and VAS score,JOA score and ODI score of the two groups before treatment were statistically analyzed, and the results were all comparable(P>0.05).2.VAS scores,JOA scores, and ODI scores of patients in the two groups were compared within each group and between the groups at and one month after the end of treatment, showing significant differences(P<0.05).3.At the end of treatment, the total effective rate was 96.88% in the treatment group and 90.32% in the control group. One month after the end of treatment, the total effective rate was 96.88% in the treatment group and 83.87% in the control group.Conclusion1.Acupuncture at the jiugong point of the spine combined with “Gongxianfa”training and conventional acupuncture are effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, but acupuncture at the jiugong point of the spine combined with “Gongxianfa”training has better clinical efficacy.2.Acupuncture at the jiugong point of the spine combined with “Gongxianfa”training and conventional acupuncture can ease the pain of patients, improve the patient's subjective symptoms and clinical signs, improve the ability of the patient's daily activities, single function, personal comprehensive functions, but acupuncture at the jiugong point of the spine combined with “Gongxianfa” training is better than conventional acupuncture, and the long-term treatment effect is better.3.Acupuncture at the jiugong point of the spine combined with “Gongxianfa”training is green, safe and easy to operate, worthy of further research and clinical application.
