Objective To analyze the effect of imitating bioelectric technique on the dynamic changes of postpartum pelvis and abdomen,and to analyze the application value of imitating bioelectric technique in the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction from the point of view of pelvic and abdominal dynamics.It provides scientific reference for the formulation of clinical treatment plan.Methods 146 Patients with postpartum mild to moderate pelvic floor dysfunction admitted to Zhangjiagang First People's Hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a reference group and a research group,with 73 cases in each group.One patient in the reference group was transferred to another hospital,and 72 patients completed the study.In the study group,1 patient failed to complete all treatment,1 patient was transferred to hospital,all were excluded,and 71 patients completed the study.The baseline data of age,mode of delivery,delivery time,neonatal weight,treatment time,pop-q and stress urinary incontinence(SUI)were slightly different between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.The control group was given Kegel exercise training,and the research group was given Kegel training+bioelectric therapy.Compared two groups of patients with pot belly dynamics index(maximum systolic blood pressure,vaginal resting pressure VRP,pelvic floor systolic blood pressure MVCP,pelvic floor muscle fatigue PFMF,type ? muscle fibers duration,? muscle fiber contraction number,maximum urinary flow rate,maximum urinary flow rate when the detrusor pressure),POP-Q dividing,SUI degree,treatment effect,pelvic floor dysfunction simple questionnaire-7(PFIQ-7)score,pelvic organ prolapse/incontinence sexual questionnaire-12(PISQ-12)score,comprehensive evaluation of copy bioelectricity technology change the influence of the dynamics of postpartum pot belly.Results(1)There was no significant difference in pelvic and abdominal dynamics between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).At 1 month and 3 months of treatment,the pelvic and abdominal dynamic indexes of the two groups were improved,but the maximum systolic blood pressure,the duration of VRP,MVCP,PFMF,I muscle fiber contraction and the number of class ? muscle fibers were improved in the study group.The detrusor pressure at the maximum urinary flow rate and the maximum urinary flow rate was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)before treatment,there was no significant difference in POP-Q score between the two groups(P>0.05).The POP-Q score of the two groups decreased at 1 month and 3 months,but it was more obvious in the study group.The POP-Q score was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the proportion of patients with 0 degrees was significantly higher than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)before treatment,there was no significant difference in SUI score between the two groups(P>0.05).The SUI score of the two groups decreased at 1 month and 3 months,but it was more obvious in the study group.The SUI score was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the proportion of patients with 0 degrees was significantly higher than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)after 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the patients in the study group(95.77%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(81.94%),and the difference was statistically significant.(5)before treatment,there was no significant difference in PFIQ-7 score and PISQ-12 score between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1 month and 3 months of treatment,the PFIQ-7 score and PISQ-12 score of the two groups decreased and the PISQ-12 score increased,but the change was more obvious in the study group.The PFIQ-7 score was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the PISQ-12 score was significantly higher than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Imitating bioelectric technique is more helpful to improve the related indexes of pelvic and abdominal dynamics.Compared with simple Kegel training,patients with pelvic floor dysfunction can be treated with imitating bioelectric technique,which can be more quickly and effectively based on pelvic and abdominal dynamics adjustment.It has good application value to improve pelvic organ prolapse,stress urinary incontinence,high total effective rate of treatment,and can reduce the influence of illness on patients' life,improve the quality of sexual life,and comprehensively improve the overall quality of life of patients.The application prospect is broad.
