Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Cervical Spondylosis Of Cervical Type By Jing Jin Manipulation Through Tendons

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of Jingjin manipulation and routine manipulation on cervical spondylosis,and to study the mechanism of Jingjin manipulation on cervical spondylosis,so as to find a safe and effective treatment for cervical spondylosis.MethodsFrom December 2018 to March 2020,72 cervical spondylosis patients were included in the outpatient and inpatient manipulation department of Yunnan Traditional Chinese medicine hospital,who met the diagnostic criteria.They were randomly divided into experimental group(Jingjin manipulation group)36 cases and control group(routine manipulation group)36 cases.The patients in the two groups were treated 5 times as a course of treatment and once every other day.After one course of treatment,pain degree and NPQ neck pain scale score of 36 cases in the experimental group and 36 cases in the control group before and after treatment were counted respectively,and the comparison of items before and after treatment was observed.The data collected were analyzed by spss26.0 statistical software,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results1.Before and after treatment,PD and NPQ were statistically significant(P > 0.05),but the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P< 0.05),indicating that the manipulation group was superior to the conventional manipulation group inimproving neck pain,activity function and daily activity.2.After one course of treatment,36 cases in the experimental group,11 cases of clinical cure,16 cases of significant effect,8 cases of effective effect and 1 case of ineffective effect,with a total effective rate of 97.22%;36 cases in the control group,6cases of clinical cure,13 cases of significant effect,11 cases of effective effect and 6 cases of ineffective effect,with a total effective rate of 83.33%;the effective rate of 94.4% in the experimental group and 83.3% in the control group,with a rank sum test analysis,Z value of-2.050,P value of 0.027(P < 0.05).The difference of total curative effect between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant,and the number of cases with clinical cure and significant effect in the Jingjin manipulation group was higher than that in the conventional manipulation group.Conclusion1.In terms of alleviating the pain,improving the activity function and improving the ability of daily life,the experimental group(Jingjin manipulation group)and the control group(conventional manipulation group)have curative effects,but the experimental group is better than the control group in comparison between the two groups.2.After a course of treatment,the overall effect of the treatment group is better than that of the conventional treatment group,which shows that the treatment has clinical value.
