Objective:To explore the difference of curative effect of pressing the distal part of the tendons along the three yang meridians of the hand in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of cervical type, and to explore the corresponding relationship between the activity function of cervical vertebra and the forearm part of the tendons of the three yang meridians of the hand. Methods:According to the random number table method,140patients with cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into three groups:Yangming Jingjin group,Taiyang Jingjin group,Shaoyang Jingjin group and Yinjin control group. There were 40 cases in each group in the three yang meridians and tendons of hand group and 20cases in the yin meridians control group. The three yang meridians and tendons of hand group were treated by plucking the corresponding forearm circulation part of the yang meridians and pressing the corresponding meridian acupoints, while the yin meridians control group was treated by plucking the corresponding forearm circulation part of the yin meridians and pressing the corresponding meridian acupoints. The cervical mobility, soft tissue tension,VAS score and tenderness of the four groups were observed before and after treatment, and the curative effect was analyzed.Results:1.Range of motion of cervical spine:(1)intra group comparison:after treatment, the six directions of motion of cervical spine in hand Yangming Jingjin group were increased compared with those before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the six directions of motion of cervical spine in hand Yangming Jingjin group and hand Shaoyang Jingjin group were increased compared with those before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);while in Yin Jingjin control group, the six directions of motion of cervical spine were increased before and after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01)There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)After treatment, there were significant differences between the hand three yang meridians group and the yin meridians control group(P<0.05)in the cervical vertebra extension, left cervical flexion, right cervical flexion, left cervical rotation and right cervical rotation(P<0.05);the hand Shaoyang meridians group had significant differences in the cervical vertebra six directions(P<0.05)Compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(3)comparison between the hand three yang meridians group:the hand Shaoyang meridians group was more significant in improving cervical flexion function than the hand Yangming meridians group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the rest had no significant difference(P>0.05).2.soft tissue tension D0.5kg:(1)before and after treatment in four groups, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),but the healthy side had no significant improvement(P>0.05);(2)The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),but the value of D0.5kgof soft tissue tension in the affected side was higher than that of the control group and the group with manual yang meridians(P<0.01),while the soft tissue tensile value of the affected side was not significantly improved(P>0.05).3.threshold of tenderness:(1)before and after treatment in four groups:the threshold of lateral pressure pain in the group of Mingjing tendon, the group of hand sun meridians and the group of hand Shaoyang meridians was significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01),but the healthy side was not significantly improved(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);(2)The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01),but the tension of soft tissue in the affected side of the group was not significantly improved(P>0.05);The threshold of pain in the patients with hand sun meridian was significantly higher than that of the group with manual Yangming meridians(P<0.05).4.VAS score:(1)before and after treatment in four groups:the VAS score of the group of Hand Yang Mingjing tendon, the hand sun meridians group and the manual Shaoyang meridians group was higher than before treatment(P<0.01),but the contrast between the control group and the control group was not statistically significant(P>0.05);(2)The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but VAS score of the hand Yangming meridians group was not significantly improved(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The treatment of pressing along the distal part of the tendons of the three yang meridians of the hand can improve the activity function of cervical vertebra, the tension of superior trapezius muscle and pain of patients with cervical spondylosis;2.The effect of pressing taiyangjingjin and shaoyangjingjin along the distal end of the tendon on improving the function of patients with cervical spondylosis is better than that of yangmingjingjin.
