The Clinical Study Of Yi Yin Formula And Acupoint Application On The Treatment Of Radiation Oral Mucositis With Yin Deficiency And Fire Prosperity For Head And Neck Cancer

Objective: In order to further verify the clinical effect of Yiyin Formula and Acupoint Application on the patients with radiation oral mucositis of Yin Deficiency and Fire Prosperity,This study evaluated the clinical symptoms,quality of life and related safety inspection.And provide a new idea for the treatment of Traditional Chinese medicine on radiation oral mucositis with yin deficiency and fire ProsperityMethod: In this study 54 cases of radiation oral mucositis with yin deficiency and fire prosperity were chose.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with a ratio of 1:1,27 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Yiyin formula,twice a day,in the morning and evening after meals,supplemented by acupoint application.And Acupoint Application apply to bilateral Sanyinjiao and Quchi acupoint,press for 3-5 minutes each time,two times per day,for stimulate acupoints,The Applications replace 3 times a week.The control group was given Kang Fu Xin Solution20 ml three times per day.,Vitamin B1 tablet 20 mg three times per day.The duration of the treatment was 14 days.Before and after treatment,Statistical data such as the scores of lesions,yin deficiency and fire prosperity syndrome,immune function and quality of life in the two groups will be analysed,and then draw a conclusion,evaluate the efficacy and safety of the two groups.Results:1.The total score of lesions in the treatment group and control group was both lower than in the treatment before.The difference was significant(P < 0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 80.00% and 84.00%respectively.The difference was not significant(P > 0.05).There was no statistical significance between the two groups,indicating that the two groups had certain effect on improving local lesions.2.After treatment,the score of yin deficiency and fire prosperity in treatment groups was lower than these before,and the control group was also.The difference was statistically significant.The total effective rate was 92.00% in the treatment group and 88.00% in the control group,indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.05).3.In terms of improving the quality of life of patients,KPS and QOL scores in the treatment group and the control group were improved after treatment(P < 0.05),In terms of improving the quality of life of patients,the two groups have a certain effect(P < 0.05).4.After treatment,the immunity scores of both groups were no significant difference than before(P>0.05),and there was no difference in the treatment group and the control group after treatment(P < 0.05).5.The patient's vital signs were stable,no special discomfort was reported,and no adverse reactions were found.There was no significant difference in safety index between the two groups before and after treatment(P > 0.05)Conclusion: Yiyin Formula and Acupoint Application has obvious effect on improving the Lesions score,Yin Deficiency and Fire Prosperity syndrome and quality of life Yiyin Formula and Acupoint Application is effective and has no obvious toxic and side effects,and which deserves further study.
