| Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Yiyin jian plus or minus united with auricular points in the therapy of idiopathic central precocious puberty girls with yin deficiency and fire-prosperity syndrome,to discuss the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine combined with auricular points,and to provide ideas and methods for the treatment of precocious puberty with traditional Chinese medicine combined with external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: 90 cases of girls who met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria of Chinese and Western medicine for central precocious puberty(CPP)were selected and divided into three groups,there were 30 cases in the experimental group,the traditional Chinese medicine group,and the Chinese patent medicine group.The experimental group was given Chinese herbal decoction of Yiyin jian plus or minus formula combined auricular point;the Chinese medicine decoction of yinjian plus or minus formula was given to traditional Chinese medicine group;the Chinese patent medicine group was given Zhibai Dihuang Pills.The treatment course was 3 months,and the changes in serum LH、FSH、E2 levels,uterine volume,average ovarian volume,maximum follicle diameter,breast Tanner stage,TCM primary and secondary symptoms,and total scores were compared before and after treatment.Safety indicators were monitored,and the results were used SPSS25.0 system analysis.Results:1.General Information Evaluation:There were no statistical differences in the three groups in terms of age,disease course,bone age,peak LH/FSH peak,and various observation indicators before treatment(P>0.05),which were comparable.2.Efficacy assessment:The therapeutic precocious puberty in the three groups was effective(P<0.05),and the experimental group had the highest total effective rate.3.Comparison of Breast Tanner staging: All three groups were effective in improving breast Tanner staging(P<0.05).There was a statistical difference between the experimental group,the TCM group and the patented drug group(P<0.05),and the experimental group was better than the TCM group and the patented drug group.4.Comparison of Serum LH,FSH and E2 levels: The LH,FSH and E2 levels(P<0.01)were reduced in the three groups after treatment,,and there were statistical differences between the experimental group and the TCM group and the finished medicine group(P<0.05),and the experimental group was better than the Chinese medicine group and the finished drug group.5.Comparison of Uterine and ovarian volume,and maximum follicular diameter: After treatment,the uterus and average ovarian volume and the largest follicle diameter were improved in the three groups(P<0.01).There were statistical differences between the experimental group and the Chinese medicine group and the finished medicine group(P<0.05),and the index decline was the most obvious in the experimental group.6.Comparison of TCM symptom score :(1)Main symptom integral changes:The main symptoms were improved after treatment in all three group s and the experimental group was better than the TCM Group and the patente d drug group(P<0.05).(2)Changes in sub-symptomatic integrals:The three groups of regimens can all improve secondary symptoms(P<0.05).In terms of improving the five upset fever,hot flashes night sweats,Red cheeks,irritable,dry throat,dry stool,and short yellow urine,the experimental group was superior to the Traditional Chinese Medicine Group and the Finished Medicine Group.Conclusion:Yiyin jian combined with auricular points therapy is an effective method for the treatment of ICPP girls with Yin deficiency and fire-prosperity syndrome.Clinical observation shows that the efficacy is remarkable.It can reduce serum LH,FSH,E2 levels,inhibit the development of secondary sexual characteristics,and improve TCM symptoms.No adverse events were found during the study.The treatment method is safe and effective for ICPP girls(Yin deficiency and Fire Prosperity syndrome),and has clinical significance,and deserves further study. |
