| Objective:To observe and study the clinical effect of du Meridian moxibustion on Yang deficiency chronic bronchitis in remission stage and its effect on relevant examination indexes,and then to explore the mechanism of du Meridian moxibustion on Yang deficiency chronic bronchitis in remission stage,so as to provide a new idea and method for the prevention and treatment of Yang deficiency chronic bronchitis in remission stage.Method:70 patients with chronic bronchitis with yang deficiency in remission stage were selected,4 cases were excluded,6 cases were excluded,and 60 cases were included in this study.They were divided into 2 groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was randomly divided into two groups,and the control group was treated with general western medicine.The experimental group was treated with pulse moxibustion twice a week on the basis of general western medicine routine treatment,every two weeks as a course of treatment,for a total of 3 courses.The total effective rate,TCM physique transformation score,pulmonary function test,laboratory examination and other related indexes of each group were observed before and after treatment.Result:1.Among the 70 patients selected,4 patients were excluded because of allergic reaction,and 6 patients had poor compliance and could not judge the curative effect.Finally,60 patients were included in this study,30 patients in each group,and they were divided into 2 groups.Before treatment,the two groups of patients in the course of disease,age,sex and other general data,as well as TCM syndrome score,TCM constitution transformation score,lung function related examination and other indicators,after the relevant statistical analysis(P < 0.05),there was no statistical significance(P > 0.05).2.After treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was 70.005%,and that of the treatment group was 90.65%,which was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.After treatment,the curative effect of TCM syndrome was 63.77% in the control group and 90.33% in the treatment group,which was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.After treatment,the comparison of TCM symptom scores between the control group and the treatment group was 53.12% in the control group and 89.77% in the treatment group,which was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.After treatment,the comparison of TCM physique transformation scores between the control group and the treatment group was 55.10% in the control group and 92.32% in the treatment group,which was statistically significant(P < 0.05).6.Compared with the control group before and after treatment,the lung function(FEV1 and FEV1 predictive value,FEV1/FVC)of the control group and the treatment group were significantly improved after treatment.After treatment,the predictive value of FEV1 and FEV1 and FEV1/FVC were significantly improved.Compared with the control group after treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).7.Before and after treatment,CRP and NEU # in the control group were significantly improved compared with those in the experimental group.CRP and NEU # in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P < 0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Du pulse moxibustion has a good clinical effect on patients with Yang deficiency chronic bronchitis in remission stage,which can warm the lungs and replenish qi,improve Yang deficiency physique,improve the immunity of patients,control the disease and prevent recurrence.It provides a new treatment idea and method for the prevention and treatment of chronic bronchitis with yang deficiency in remission stage.And this therapy not only has the advantages of easy operation,economy,practicality and no toxic side effects,but also has good clinical application value for chronic bronchitis with yang deficiency in remission stage,so it is worth further popularizing and using in clinic. |
