| Objective: Based on the data mining and analysis of the original clinical cases of HSPN diagnosed and treated by Professor Meng Ru,this paper sums up the clinical prescriptions and medication rules of Professor Mengru in the treatment of this disease,so as to better inherit the valuable academic experience of Professor Mengru.Methods: In this study,we used the data analysis method of V2.5,which is the auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),to make a standard arrangement and statistics of the information about the original case data of HSPN diagnosed and treated by Professor Meng Ru for more than 10 years,in order to better guide the clinical practice,we analyzed the frequency and dosage of medication,core drug combination,main symptom(main urine test index)-drug correlation and core prescription.Result: 1.Basic Information Statistics: This study collected a total of 35 patients,24 males and 11 females,the male-female ratio was 2.18:1,mostly male;the age distribution was mainly under 26 years old.The top ten symptoms and auxiliary examinations were purpura,dry mouth,occult blood in urine,yellow urine,protein in urine,dry stool,sore throat,poor appetite,sweating and poor sleep.The tongue and pulse are mainly red,thin coating,smooth or thin pulse.2.Statistics of medication information: A total of 381 prescriptions of TCM were collected,involving 160 Chinese medicine.The nature of Chinese medicine is more bitter and cold,and most of them belong to liver channel,heat-clearing drugs and tonic drugs.The top 20 Chinese medicine drugs were licorice,raw rehmannia,Bai Mao root,poria cocos,peony bark,scutellaria,yam,forsythia,Jingjie,Fangfeng,cornus officinalis,bupleurum,Zexie,eclipta,ligustrum lucidum,red peony,Daji,ophiopogon japonicus,fructus mume,mung bean,etc.3.Statistics of the core drug combinations: the top 10 drug combinations are: "raw rehmannia,Bai Mao root","liquorice,Bai Mao root ","raw rehmannia,liquorice","raw rehmannia,peony skin","raw rehmannia,yam","cornus,raw rehmannia","cornus,yam","cornus,raw rehmannia,yam","raw rehmannia,tuckahoe","raw rehmannia,Zexie".The first five groups of drugs with the highest degree of correlation are: "yam,Zexie-> raw rehmannia";"peony bark,yam-> raw rehmannia";"cornus officinalis,alisma-> raw rehmannia";"peony bark,Zexie-> raw rehmannia ";"cornus officinalis,peony bark-> raw rehmannia".Based on entropy cluster analysis,the top 13 drug pairs with the highest degree of association are: " bupleurum-mung bean"," cornus officinalis-ligustrum lucidum "," bupleurum-peony skin "," bupleurum-ligustrum lucidum ","Jingjie-Daji"," scutellaria-Zicao "," Fangfeng-Zhike "," bupleurum-Zhike"," Fangfeng-Daji"," raw rehmannia-Qianhu"," cornus officinalis-fructus mume "," bupleurum-poria cocos ","Jingjie-Banlangen".Two of the above core drug combinations contain the main drug components of Professor Meng Ru’s clinical famous prescriptions of "Liu Wei Di Huang Wan" and "allergy decoction" respectively,and eight possible new prescriptions have been found.4.Main symptoms-drugs,main urine test indicators-drug correlation statistics: "purpura" is highly correlated with liquorice,raw rehmannia,Baimao root,scutellaria,Jingjie,Fangfeng,poria cocos,forsythia and other drugs;"urine occult blood" is highly correlated with Baimao root,raw rehmannia,liquorice,poria cocos,Ziexie,yam,cornus officinalis,peony skin,Eclipta,Daji,Ligustrum lucidum and other drugs;"urine protein" is highly correlated with glycine Grass,raw rehmannia,Baimao root,poria cocos,yam,Zexie,Cornus officinalis,Cortex Moutan,Daji,forsythia and other drugs.Conclusion: Professor Meng Ru’s commonly used drugs in the treatment of HSPN mainly have the effects of clearing away heat and detoxication,expelling wind and clearing heat,nourishing yin and kidney,cooling blood and hemostasis.Among them,clearing heat and detoxifying,cooling blood and hemostatic drugs are used to treat the symptoms,and nourishing yin and kidney are used to treat the root causes.According to the core drug combination law,it is concluded that Professor Meng Ru’s commonly used clinical experience prescription,such as the addition and subtraction of forsythia Baidu powder and allergic decoction,and the addition and subtraction of the commonly used famous formula,such as Liuwei Dihuang pill and Erzhi Pill.Professor Meng Ru paid attention to kidney-yin and vital energy,and treated the disease according to syndrome differentiation.At the same time,both prescriptions were used alternately to treat both symptoms and root causes,and had unique experience in syndrome differentiation and medication. |
