Based On The Data Analysis,professor Meng Ru Studied The Rule Of Medication For Myasthenia Gravis

Objective: Through the application of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance platform software,the data analysis of the clinical record data of the famous Chinese medicine professor meng ru’s diagnosis and treatment of myasthenia gravis was made,and the medication law of professor meng ru’s diagnosis and treatment of myasthenia gravis was deeply studied.Method: The clinical records of MG diagnosed and treated by professor meng ru from1997 to 2010 were screened by professor meng ru’s academic heir Lin li et al.,and the case data of 27 patients and 190 times of diagnosis were standardized preprocessed and recorded into the "TCM inheritance assistance platform system(V2.5)" to establish the MG medical record database.Frequency analysis,complex entropy clustering analysis and other methods were used to analyze the frequency,dose,symptoms,syndromes,main syndromes and correlation of TCM in the database,and the analysis results were summarized.Result:1.Symptoms and syndrome analysis: Analysis of symptoms and syndromes: the symptoms with high frequency are: smooth pulse,mental fatigue,pale tongue,drooping eyelids,thin white coating,red tongue,dry throat,thin yellow coating,hot,double vision,lack of food,difficulty in articulation,sputum in the throat,difficulty in swallowing,perspiration,loose stools,weak limbs,choking in drinking water and dizziness.The result of syndrome analysis showed that spleen-kidney qi and Yin deficiency syndrome accounted for 44.97%.Gas deficiency syndrome accounted for30.41%;Spleen-kidney Yang deficiency accounted for about 16.40%,qi deficiency and blood stasis were 4.23% and 3.70%,respectively.2.Analysis of medication results: Warm drugs appeared most frequently,plaindrugssecond,cold drugs third,cold drugs and hot drugs less frequently.In the analysis of "five tastes",the sweet medicine appeared the most frequently,followed by the bitter medicine and the astringent medicine,and the sour medicine,salty medicine and the astringent medicine appeared less frequently.The most drugs were channeled into spleen meridians.Drugs accounted for 16.57% of the drugs for deficiency,14.36% of the drugs for clearing heat,11.04% of the drugs for dispelling fever,8.83% of the drugs for resolving phlegm and relieving asthma,7.18% of the drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,6.07% of the drugs for eliminating wind and dampness,5.54% of the drugs for promoting water infiltration and dampness.The most frequently used drugs were licorice root,poria cocos,atractylodes macrocephala,astragalus membranaceus,angelica root,orange peel,radix bupleuri,radix pseudostellariae,radix codonopsis,radix paeoniae alba,pinellia ternata,radix ophiopogonis,ligusticum chuanxiong,schisandra fruit,codonopsis pilosula,herba epimedii,radix rehmanniae,radix parsnip,radix pseudostellariae.The high-frequency drug pairs were: "liquorice,poria cocos","atractylodes radix,liquorice","astragalus radix,liquorice","astragalus radix,atractylodes radix","atractylodes radix,poria cocos",etc.Through complex entropy clustering analysis,9 possible new compounds were obtained.3.Analysis result of "main symptom-medicine" : lepharoptosis was associated with liquorice,atractylodes macrocephala,poria cocos,astragalus membranaceus,angelica sinensis and other drugs.There was correlation between diplopia and liquorice,atractylodes macrocephala,poria cocos,astragalus membranaceus,angelica sinensis.God fatigue was related to angelica,radix bupleuri,radix pseudostellariae,cohosh and radix ophiopogon.Limb weakness was associated with poria cocos,atractylodes macrocephala,astragalus membranaceus,orange peel,radix pseudostellariae,pinellia ternata,radix bupleuri,angelica sinensis and cohosh.Dysarthria was associated with astragalus membranaceus,atractylodes macrocephala,poria cocos,angelica sinensis,radix bupleurae,and tangerine peel.Masticatory weakness was associated with astragalus membranaceus,atractylodes macrocephala,poria cocos,tangerine peel,angelica sinensis and cohosh.There was a correlation between acervulus lanceolata,rhizoma atractylodis,radix bupleuri,astragalus membranaceus and angelica sinensis.Conclusion: Professor Meng ru pays attention to spleen and kidney,and gives attention to Yin and Yang;It is often treated with medicine for invigorating qi,nourishing Yin and warming Yang.Make good use of the name,flexible compatibility;Double prescription combined,synergistic effect,with unique drug law and experience characteristics.
