| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Huatan lishi prescription on senile hypertension with hyperuricemia.Methods:Cases(n=72)were randomly divided into observation group and control group,and both groups were given routine treatment of western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Yiqi Huatan llishi prescription on this basis.The course of treatment in both groups was 14 days.To compare the effect of TCM syndrome score,blood pressure level,blood uric acid level and serum CRP changes before and after treatment in the two groups.Results:1.Comparison of TCM syndrome integral efficacy: the main symptoms(vertigo,head such as wrapping)and secondary symptoms(shortness of breath,fatigue,chest tightness,vomiting,sputum salivation,palpitations,insomnia)in the observation group were significantly improved(P <0.01)and were better than those in the control group(P <0.05).2.Blood pressure level comparison: the blood pressure level of the two groups before and after treatment and the blood pressure level of the two groups after treatment showed that the blood pressure level of the observation group decreased more significantly(P <0.05).3.Comparison of blood uric acid levels: the comparison of blood uric acid levels in the two groups before and after treatment showed that the blood uric acid levels in the observation group decreased more significantly(p <0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi and phlegm and dampness can improve the clinical symptoms of elderly patients with hypertension with hyperuricemia,reduce blood pressure,blood uric acid levels,and preliminarily reveal that Yiqi and phlegm prescription to improve the clinical symptoms of elderly patients with hypertension with hyperuricemia. |
