Clinical Observation Of Yiqi Yangyin And Huashi Tongluo Recipe In Treating IgA Nephropathy Secondary To Hyperuricemia

Objective:By observing the efficacy of Yiqi Yangyin and Huashi Tongluo Recipe in patients with IgA nephrology secondary to hyperuricemia,objectively evaluate the therapeutic effect of Yiqi Yangyin and Huashi Tongluo Recipe on hyperuricemia secondary to qi and yin deficiency and interstitial IgA nephropathy.Providing effective methods and some theoretical basis for the treatment of IgA nephropathy secondary to hyperuricemia in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:In this study,we observed 60 cases of IgA nephropathy secondary to hyperuricemia,which were selected from the patients in the Department of Nephrology of Hebei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2017 to May 2018,30 patients in the treatment group and 30 patients in the control group.There was no statistical difference in the baseline data between the two groups before treatment.All patients were given the same basic treatment.On this basis,the treatment group was given Yiqi Yangyin,Huashi Tongluo Recipe,the control group was given orally with losartan potassium tablets?50 mg Qd?.Both groups of patients were treated for 1 months as a course of treatment,with 2 consecutive sessions of intervention.Observed TCM syndrome scores and 24-hour urine protein quantitation?UTP?,plasma albumin?ALB?,urinary red blood cell count,renal function?UA,BUN,Scr?,blood and urine?₂-microglobulin,urine?₁-microglobulin,blood lipids?CHOL,TG?to appraise the treatment effect of the prescription.Results:1.The treatment group has a total effective rate of 90.00%,and the control group was 76.67%.There was a statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups?P<0.05?.2.The scores of TCM symptoms after treatment in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the statistical difference was significant?P<0.01?.The treatment group was superior to the control group,and there was significant difference?P<0.01?.3.The treatment group was better than the control group in reducing blood uric acid level,reducing proteinuria,hematuria,lowering blood lipids,increasing plasma albumin and reduce blood and urine?₂-microglobulin,reduce urinary?₁-microglobulin?P<0.05?.Conclusions:1.Yiqi Yangyin,Huashi Tongluo Recipe can reduce the clinical symptom scores of patients with IgA nephropathy secondary to hyperuricemia,improve clinical symptoms and improve clinical efficacy.2.Yiqi Yangyin,Huashi Tongluo can reduce blood uric acid and protect kidney function.3.Yiqi Yangyin,Huashi Tongluo Recipe can reduce proteinuria,hematuria,reduce blood and urine?₂-microglobulin,reduce urinary?₁-microglobulin,lower blood lipids,increase plasma albumin,and delay the progression of IgA nephropathy.4.Yiqi Yangyin,Huashitongluo Recipe has good safety and good application prospects.
