Study On The Literature Of Prescriptions And Psychotherapy Of TCM For Emotion Related Diarrhea

Objective: By collecting and sorting out the case prescriptions and psychotherapy of TCM for emotion related diarrhea,then carry on the data mining.According to the data mining results,to explore the compatibility of the formula of prescriptions and application of prescriptions and psychotherapy of TCM for emotion related diarrhea,on the basis of the theory of TCM.Providing a method for treatment of emotion related diarrhea.Method: It is based on literature research and data mining.By collecting prescriptions and psychotherapy of TCM for emotion related diarrhea from medical cases of ancient books of TCM,Clinical experience books of modern and contemporary of TCM and Modern published journal literature for nearly 20 years.Then Create an excle document,in order to analyze fromResult: A total of 232 medical cases were collected through screening,among which 220 cases were treated with prescriptions of TCM,a total of 337 prescriptions were used,and 239 traditional Chinese medicines,with a total frequency of 4133 times.The drugs involved in the category of drugs are tonic drugs,regulating qi,moistening drugs,moistening drugs,antiseptic drugs as the main compatibility of drugs.There are 19 kinds of drugs used more than 50 times,which are atractylodes,radix paeoniae alba,liquorice root,orange peel,pachyderma,fangfeng,bupleurum chinensis,rhizoma coptidis,rhizoma coptidis,radix codonopsis codonopsis,Chinese yam,fructus aurantii,rhizoma acacia,radix astragali,pinellia,divine comedy,magnolia officinalis and hawthorn.Commonly used drug compatibility of concrete with 60% confidence level,40% support level,atractylodesradix paeoniae alba,atractylodes-orange peel,atractylodes-liquorice root,atractylodes-Poria cocos,orange peel-radix paeoniae alba,atractylodes-fangfeng,fangfeng-radix paeoniae alba,radix paeoniae alba-liquorice root,orange peel-fangfeng.A total of 61 cases of TCM psychotherapy were collected in this study.Four patients were instructed to follow their emotions,six times to enlighten and clear their minds,nine times to remove their essence and change their qi,three times to hint and induce their emotions,and one time to measure their intentions.Other psychological therapies were divided into asking patients to adjust their emotions by themselves for 42 times,avoiding bad emotions for 11 times,and relaxing training for 1 time.Conclusion: Through the analysis of the drugs and the classification frequency of drugs,it was found that the treatment of emotion related diarrhea by doctors is usually used to invigorate the spleen and dehumidify the spleen,to soothe the liver and to relieve the depression.In the traditional Chinese psychotherapy,to ask patients to adjust their own feelings.
