Study On The Characteristics Of Cassia Twig Class Prescriptions For Treating Pain

Objective: Summarize the characteristics of the drug use in the treatment of pain in different diseases(parts)by collecting the cassia twig class prescriptions.In order to provide reference for the syndrome differentiation by cassia twig class prescriptions and to provide theoretical support for improving clinical efficacy,it’s necessary to clarify the syndrome differentiation points and scope of application of the pain treatment in the cassia twig class prescriptions.Methods: The method of literature research and data analysis are mainly used.Establish a Microsoft Excel dataset with the cassia twig class prescriptions for the treatment of pain as an entry point.Then,using the Ancient and Modern Medical Case Cloud Platform(V2.2.1)to carry out statistical analysis of the drug using characteristics in different diseases(parts).Results: 1.A total of 534 prescriptions were collected,involving 352 species drugs.Sorted out 18 diseases(parts).The main diseases(parts)and their prescription frequency are:gynecological pain 126,abdominal pain 95,arthralgia syndrome 83,stomachache 58,lumbago 46,chest pain 34,headache 23.2.According to the total frequency of cassia twig class prescriptions,medication for pain treatment is dominated by Deficiency-nourishing drugs(905 times).The second is Interior-warming drugs.The high frequency of the drug categories are: Blood-activating and Stasis-Eliminating drugs(300 times),Qi-Regulating drugs(255 times),drugs for Relieving Exterior Disorder(237 times).Low frequency drug categories are HeatClearing drugs(122 times),Diuretic Dampness Excreting drugs(97 times),Dampness Removing drugs(64 times),Antiparasitic drugs(37 times),Wind Damp Dispelling drugs(35 times),Expectorant Antitussive Antiasthmetics(34 times),Purgating reveals the syndrome types,combination of medicinals,the relationship between syndrome types and drugs,etc.Expounding the significance of combination of medicinals and drug using characteristics.All the pain is due to qi.Cassia twig through release the exterior and dissipate cold,warm yang and boost qi,warm and unblock the channel and harmonize ying and wei levels to play the function of qi.With the use of various drugs,to warm yang and supplement deficiency,reinforce healthy qi and release the exterior,move qi and invigorate blood.There are various etiology and the cold is the main factor to make the pain.Cassia twig class treat deficiency and excess both,and treating deficiency is the first goal.
