Research By The Technique Of Coid Temperature Combined With Cassia Twig And Puerarin Decoction In The Treatment Of Cervical Spondylosis Of Neerve Root Type

Objective:Research by the technique of cold temperature combined with cassia twig and puerarin decoction in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type (cold type bizu) clinical curative effect observation.Methods:This study cases come to heilongjiang university second affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medicine massage room and clinic patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type,Random grouping method is divided into the treatment group and control group.External treatment in treatment group is given priority to with warm the cold massage, treatment, treatment group with through Fang Guizhi kudzuvine root soup,The key point is to the party in the return of the dose, translated at one Liang of the eastern han dynasty=15grams of today;External treatment in the control group with routine cervical spondylosis massage, the treatment, oral neck shu particles jing shu ke11.15days for a period of treatment, a total of two course of treatment.Observed before and after treatment, respectively, using Tian Zhongjing long symptom scale and to evaluate visual analog pain rating scale score method, were analyzed.Results:After two courses of treatment group has significant difference comparing and contrasting live, the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05),Treatment group:clinical control was70%, the efficiency was26.66%, total effective rate was96.66%.Control group: clinical control was33.34%,6.66%had marked effect, effective rate was76.66%, total effective rate was83.33%.The overall efficacy of the two groups have significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Warm massage combined with cassia twig and puerarin cold soup treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type to improve the patient’s neck shoulder pain and upper limb numbness unwell curative effect, and the curative effect is better than the control group.
