Professor Zhang Jingchun's Research On The Literature Related To Court Medicine In Song Dynasty And Her Clinical Experience In The Treatment Of Arrhythmia

Arrhythmia,belonging to the category of "palpitation" in traditional medicine,is a common cardiovascular disease.With the aging of population and the change of lifestyle,the incidence rate is increasing and younger.At present,no matter western medicine or surgery,there are some related side effects and recurrence problems.Traditional medical treatment of palpitation has its unique advantages and broad application prospects.However,the clinical treatment of palpitation is uneven and limited,which needs to be further improved.Court medicine belongs to traditional medicine,which studies the medical system and medical technology in the court.It has gathered the wisdom of outstanding Chinese medicine practitioners of all ages,and represents the most advanced theories and techniques in the development of TCM,and has the characteristics of strict differentiation and practical effect.In the Song Dynasty,the three official recipes "Taiping Shenghui prescription","Shengji Zonglu" and"Taiping Huimin Heji Bureau prescription",are representative medical records of court medicine.They have far-reaching influence in later generations.Among them,there are a large number of prescriptions for palpitation,which have good clinical practicability.Therefore,it is of great significance to make an in-depth study of the three official prescriptions of the Song Dynasty,and explore the rules of their prescriptions based on the current practical experience.Study 1:Based on data mining to explore the rules of prescription and medication of palpitation prescriptions in the court medical literature of Song Dynasty.Objective:By using frequency analysis,association rules and entropy clustering algorithm,to mine and analyze the prescriptions of palpitation in the court medical literature,and then we can get the rules of the prescriptions of palpitation in the court medical literature.Methods:By using the assistant platform of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance,we carried out the data mining on the prescriptions for the treatment of palpitation,which were selected from three representative works of ancient court medical literature,"Taiping Shenghui prescription","Shengji Zonglu" and "Taiping Huimin Heji Bureau prescription",to explore the characteristics of these prescriptions.Result:1.A total of 132 prescriptions for treating palpitation from court medical literature were found,involving 141 herbs.2.In the court medical literature,the top ten drugs with the highest frequency are ginseng,roasted licorice,tuckahun,Maidong,tuckahoe,Yuanzhi,Longzhi,Fangfeng,huangqi and cinnamon.The high-frequency combination of the drugs is "roasted licorice,ginseng","ginseng,tuckahun","Maidong,ginseng",etc.;the frequency of meridian tropism is the most common meridian;the most commonly used drugs are tonic drugs and tranquilizing drugs,antidote and wind-evil dispelling medicine.3.Based on entropy clustering algorithm,10 new prescriptions are obtained.Conclusion:Through the data mining of palpitation prescriptions in the court medical literature,it is concluded that palpitation is located in the heart and related to the five zang organs,and belong to the syndrome of deficiency Ben and excessive Biao.The core of this disease is the deficiency of the Heart Qi,and even become extremely feeble.The pathogenic factors of Biao include wind-evil,phlegm-heat,retained fluid,while the external wind-evil is the main factor among them.As for the treatment of palpitation,the principle is to invigorate deficiency and diarrhea.The most commonly used drugs are tonic drugs,tranquilizing drugs,antidote and wind-evil dispelling medicine,which reflect the main methods of treatment of palpitation are invigorating deficiency and damage,calming nerves and fixing palpitation,and attaching importance to dispelling wind-evil.Study 2:Based on data mining,exploring Professor Zhang Jingchun's experience in the treatment of arrhythmiaObjective:By using frequency analysis,association rules and entropy clustering algorithm,to mine and analyze the case data of Professor Zhang Jingchun's clinical treatment of arrhythmia,and according to the data mining results,we can summarize her academic thoughts and clinical experience of treatment of arrhythmia.Methods:using the assistant platform of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance,we carried out the data mining on effective clinic cases of arrhythmia treated by Professor Zhang,during the period from October 1,2017 to October 31,2019,to explore the rules of prescription and medication.Result:1.A total of 226 cases of arrhythmia were included in Professor Zhang' s clinic,involving 157 herbs.2.Professor Zhang' s commonly used traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of arrhythmia includes Gansong,calcined oyster,yanhusuo,Suanzaoren,white peony,roasted licorice,cinnamon,Ophiopogon japonicus,agrimony,Gastrodia elata,dangshen,calcined keel,etc.;the combination of high-frequency drugs is "yanhusuo,Gansong,Gansong,calcined Oyster","Gansong,Suanzaoren","yanhusuo,calcined Oyster",etc.;the frequency of meridian tropism is the liver channel at most;the most commonly used drugs are Substance is classified as tonic,Qi regulating,tranquilizing and wind-evil dispelling drugs.3.Based on entropy clustering algorithm,nine new prescriptions are obtained.4.The most common types of central arrhythmia were deficiency of Qi and Yin,stagnation of liver qi,and the most frequently used prescriptions were tiaogan Yiqi Dingji Decoction and Sini Powder.Conclusion:Through data mining and Analysis on the data of Professor Zhang Jingchun' s treatment of arrhythmia cases,it is concluded that the most commonly used drugs in Professor Zhang's treatment of arrhythmia are classified as tonifying deficiency,regulating Qi,calming the mind and dispelling wind-evil drugs.The prescription is the source of drugs,which are actually the commonly used drugs in Zhigancao Decoction,Sinisan and Guiganlongmu Decoction.The method of prescription pushing and treatment is to enrich Qi and nourish yin,soothe liver and regulate qi,calm mind and calm palpitations.According to rule,Professor Zhang created the prescription named as tiaogan Yiqi Dingji Decoction,which was innherited the court medical thought,treated from the liver,and gave consideration to both tonifying qi and calming the mind to settle palpitation.
