Study On The Academic Thought And Clinical Experience Of Professor Lian Jianwei's Theory Of Phlegm And Blood Stasis

Objective The aim of my study is to understand the research progress of phlegm and blood stasis related theory,explore the academic thought of Professor Lian Jianwei's phlegm and blood stasis related theory,and summarize the clinical experience of Professor Lian Jianwei's phlegm and stasis related theory.Method Using the methods of modern literature collation and the academic network platform,the formation and development of ancient theories related to phlegm and blood stasis are collated.Through regular interviews with Professor Lian Jianwei using unstructured interviews or key interviews or in-depth interviews,we can learn about the formation process of Professor Lian Jianwei's phlegm and blood stasis related theor etical academic thoughts and clinical experience.Using modern statistical methods,117 medical records that meet the standard were selected from Professor Lian Jianwei's outpatient medical records from 2017 to 2019,and they are analyzed by frequency analysis,association analysis,and cluster analysis.Results A total of 117 cases(55 people)were screened out,including 21 males and 34 females.The number of middle-aged and elderly patients over 40 years old accou nted for 77.80%,and the number of young and juvenile patients under 40 years old accounted for 22.2%,indicating that phlegm and blood stasis-related diseases were mostly found in middle-aged and elderly patients.Phlegm and blood stasis related diseases were more common in middle-aged and elderly patients.In the 117 effective medical cases screened,112 traditional Chinese medicines appeared.In the screened medical records,high-frequency drugs include salvia,poria cocos,processed rhizoma pinelliae,angelica sinensis,glycyrrhiza,etc.In the classification of drug efficacy,the total proportion of the five drugs is 75.79%,which are blood-activating and stasis-removing herbs,Qi-regulating herbs,integrating tonifying herbs,diuretic and removing dampness and promoting diuresis herbs,phlegm-resolving,cough-relieving and asthma-relieving herbs.They are the main drugs for the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis related diseases,among which the drugs for activating blood and removing blood stasis have the highest frequency of use.Among four nature of drugs,warm,mild cold and mildare the ones most frequently used that accounted for 79.20%.Among five flavors,pungent,bitter,sweet and mild,are the ones most frequently used that accounted for 89.27%.Among meridian distribution,the cumulative frequency of spleen,lung,liver,heart,stomach is 79.95%.According to associated data,the most common drug pairs were summarized.There are three pairs of drugs to remove blood stasis:curcuma and salvia,ligusticum wallchii franch and red peony root,red peony root and salvia.There are three pairs of drugs to dissolve phlegm:tangerine peel and processed rhizoma pinelliae,angerine peel and poria cocos,coix seed and processed rhizoma pinelliae.There are three pairs of drugs to angelica sinensis and glycyrrhiza,salvia and poria cocos,coix seed and salvia.According to complicated web graph:it can be roughly concluded that the core prescription is the improved prescription of Siwu decoction combined with Erchen decoction.Cluster analysis shows that there are seven categories of commonly used drugs:the first kind is for calming liver-wind,the second kind is for tumor,the third kind is for relieving the depressed liver,soothing the liver,regulating the circulation of Qi,the fourth kind is for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,the fifth kind is for invigorating spleen and soothing liver,the sixth kind is for nourishing blood and invigorating spleen,and the seventh kind is for replenishing Qi to invigorate spleen.Conclusion In the TCM treatment of phlegm and blood stasis related diseases,Professor Lian Jianwei pursues the harmony of Yin and Yang,pays attention to supporting the healthy energy and regulating functional activities of Qi;in the aspect of medication,he is light,flexible and demulcent therapy,and pays attention to invigorating spleen,soothing liver and removing blood stasis first.Inheriting and popularizing the academic thoughts and drug experience of Professor Lian Jianwei in the TCM treatment of phlegm and blood stasis related diseases will certainly open up new ideas and new ways for the diagnosis and treatment of many difficult and strange diseases and chronic diseases.
