Professor Lian Jianwei's Research On The Treatment Of Liver Disease With Harmonic Thoughts

Objective Liver disease is a common clinical disease and frequent incidence.Teacher Lian is a famous doctor in Zhejiang Province.He has been famous for 50 years and is full of patients from all over the world.He is good at using of harmony thought of diagnosis and treatment of liver disease,clinical symptoms are quite effective.In order to guide clinical practice more effectively and improve the curative effect,the author summarized and probed into the clinical experience of teacher Lian,analyzed the prescription for treating liver disease with the method of harmony,and deepened the understanding and inheritance of the treatment of liver disease by using conciliatory thought in order to guide the clinical practice more effectively and to improve the curative effect.Methods This paper puts forward and clarifies the basic concept of "harmony" and harmonic method through literature collation,analyzes,induces and summarizes the application of harmony method in Confucian prescription.Through sorting out the medical records of teacher Lian,analyzing the etiology,pathogenesis,dialectical and medication experience,combining with the case of teacher Lian the dialectical characteristics and common medication pairs of teacher Lian in the treatment of liver diseases were summarized.Results "Harmony" means "reconciliation,neutralization,harmony,peace",is the normal and harmonious physiological state of the human body,such as the yin and yang,Yingwei,qi and blood,and viscera function of the body.The effect of prescription for reconciliationr is relatively mild,and its application in the Confucian prescription is mainly reflected in the aspects of reconciling Ying-wei,reconciling Shaoyang,reconciling liver and spleen,regulating cold and heat,and resolving both sides of the surface and interior.Teacher Lian differentiation of symptoms and signs "according to the pulse differentiation of life and death,treatment of liver heavy Guan pulse",the use of harmony thought diagnosis and treatment of liver disease,such as harmonize liver and spleen,soothe liver and invigorate spleen;rigid and flexible co-economy,calm the liver wind;cold and heat and regulation,liver and stomach;care to protect stomach qi,reconciliation Shaoyang.The common medicine for treating liver is1.Chaihu,Fructus Aurantii Immaturus 2.Chaihu,Paeoniflorin 3.Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Viride,Dried Tangerine or Orange Peel 4.Pinellia Ternata,Magnolia Officinalis 5.Artemisia Capillaris,Rhubarb 6.Evodia Rutaecarpa,Ginger 7.Dragon 's Bones,Ostracean8.Gastrodia Elata,Ramuli Et Spina Uncariae.Conclusion Through the collation of literature and medical records,the authors systematically understand the application of the methods of harmony in the prescriptions of the classics,sum up the characteristics of medicine and syndrome differentiation,deepen the understanding and inheritance of the application of the idea of harmony in the treatment of liver diseases,and provide new methods and new ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of liver diseases.
