| Objective: The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical effect of self-blood acupoint injection combined with acupoint catgut embedding on chronic urticaria of gastrointestinal damp heat type, and to explore its mechanism and principle. Methods: 60 patients with chronic urticaria of gastrointestinal damp heat type were average divided into treatment group and control group adopting to the random number table, the patients in each group 30 cases. The treatment group was treated with self-blood acupoint injection combined with acupoint catgut embedding, and the control group was treated with loratadine dispersible tablets. There was no remarkable difference between the two groups before treatment(P> 0.05),The experiments can be carrying out.The experimental was 28 days as a period of treatment. After two period of treatment, clinical observation indexes such as urticaria symptoms and signs score, dermatology life quality score were recorded respectively.spss22.0 was used for statistical analysis. After 3 months of discontinuation of treatment,The cured and effective patients were followed up and the observed indexes were scored again to understand the recurrence.Result: 1.Clinical effect comparison: Of the 30 patients in the treatment group,5 cases were cured,18 cases were markedly effective,3 cases were effective and 4 cases were ineffective,The total effective rate was 86.67%,the cure rate and apparent efficiency was 76.67%.In the control group,2 cases were cured,3 cases were markedly effective,19 cases were effective,6 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 80%,the cure rate and apparent efficiency was 16.67%.Comparison of total clinical effective rate between treatment group and control group was no remarkable difference(P>0.05).The comparison between treatment group and control group the cure rate and apparent efficiency was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The score of symptoms and signs and the total score of urticaria in the two groups were compared: The wind ball diameter, frequency, duration and the total score were significantly lower than before(P<0.05),but the number, degree of edema and degree of pruritus were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Various symptoms and signs or total integral was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).3.Comparison of dermatology life quality score(DLQI): after treatment, the DLQI scores of treatment group and control group were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05).The difference of DLQI score during the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of recurrence rate: after 3 months of treatment, the cured and markedly effective patients were followed up.Throughreevaluation of urticaria clinical symptoms and signs score, the recurrence rate between the treatment group and the control group(30.43% in the treatment group and 80% in the control group)was statistically different(P<0.05).5.Adverse events and safety comparison: the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was compared with that in the control group(all equal to 3.33%),with no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)Self-blood acupoint injection combined with acupoint catgut embedding and oral loratadine dispersible tablets has achieved definite clinical effect in the treatment of chronic urticaria of gastrointestinal damp heat type. The clinical symptoms, signs and quality of life of the two groups were improved in varying degrees.but the improvement of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant.(2)Self-blood point injection combined with acupoint catgut embedding can reduce the recurrence rate of chronic urticaria of gastrointestinal hygrothermal type, and has high safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
