Clinical Observation Of Wei?s Manipulation Combined With Nerve Mobilization In The Treatment Of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

Objective: To observe and compare the clinical efficacy and differences between Wei?s manipulation and conventional manipulation combined with nerve mobilization,in the treatment of nerve root cervical spondylopathy,and to explore the mechanism of Wei?s manipulation combined with nerve mobilization,in the treatment of nerve root cervical spondylosis.Method: Methods: Sixty patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Wei?s manipulation combined with nerve mobilization,and the control group was treated with conventional manipulation combined with nerve mobilization.The differences between the two groups' overall clinical efficacy,VAS score,NDI score,and 20-point scale were recorded and compared.Results:(1)Overall clinical efficacy: There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).The effective rate in the treatment group was slightly higher than that in the control group.(2)VAS score: within the group,the VAS score before and after treatment was significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);between groups,the VAS score in the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group after treatment,andthe difference was statistically significant.Significance(P <0.05).(3)NDI score: within the group,the NDI score before and after treatment was significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);between groups,the NDI score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant.Significance(P<0.05).(4)20-score score: comparison within the group,the 20-score score before and after treatment in both groups increased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);between groups,the20-score score in the treatment group was significantly higher In the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:(1)The two methods of Wei?s manipulation and conventional manipulation combined with nerve mobilization have a certain effect on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,and there is no significant difference in overall clinical efficacy.(2)Wei?s manipulation combined with nerve mobilization is a safe and effective method for treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,which can alleviate pain symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients without serious adverse reactions.It deserves further clinical research and promotion.
