Objective:Research in the sitting position by rotating Pulling Manipulation for the treatment of interosseous muscle weakening of the nerve root type cervical spondylosis patients,before and after treatment were measured had interosseous muscle size(by clipping paper test indirect measurement of muscle size),will measure the strength values were compared,analysis was given strength to bring the changes before and after treatment.Confirmed on nerve root type cervical spondylosis treated seat manipulation,the ipsilateral interosseous muscle.Meanwhile,the effect of the treatment on the muscle strength of the patients with the lateral bone was more obvious compared with the traction therapy.To provide an effective treatment for the patients with cervical spondylosis of the nerve root type who are weakened by the muscle strength of the bone.Methods:From Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine;the First Affiliated Hospital;outpatient collected 80 cases of in line with the conditions of the patients,divided into the treatment group 40 cases(using sitting rotation manipulation)by random double blind method and the control group of 40 cases(using traction)a day prior to treatment,were measured from interosseous muscle strength(by clipping paper test indirect measurement of muscle size)and for the record,a day after treatment were also measured and recorded,the data recorded by statistical comparison results.Result:Sitting rotation manipulation of single treatment and course of treatment can cause suffering from interosseous muscle strength increased significantly in patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type,traction single treatment cannot make nerve root type of cervical spondylosis patients suffering from interosseous muscle strength increased significantly,but the traction treatment can make the nerve root type cervical spondylosis patients patients interosseous muscle strength increased significantly.Conclusion:1.Sitting rotation manipulation and traction for treatment of nerve root type of cervical spondylosis according to the course of treatment were the interosseous muscle strength increased significantly,but sitting rotation manipulation in a patient with interosseous muscle strength increasing effect is obviously better than that of traction treatment.2.Sitting rotation manipulation of a single treatment to enable patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type of ipsilateral bone muscle strength increased significantly,and traction treatment does not make the patient side bone between muscle strength change significantly.3.Through the clinical observation and research show that sitting rotation manipulation for patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type of ipsilateral bone muscle strength is increased obviously effect, provide a safe and effective method for the treatment of clinical interosseous muscle weakening of the nerve root type cervical spondylosis patients.
