| Objective Through clinical observation of Huangqi Guizhi Ten Junzi Soup decoction against Dual antiplatelet aggregation drugs(Aspirin combined clopidogrel.The same below) gastric mucosal injury treatment and prevention, To understand the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine compound Huangqi Guizhi Ten Junzi Soup Decoction in the treatment of gastric mucosal injury, Further observation of replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen, nourishing and application of protecting stomach treatment in gastric mucosal injury in. For patients taking Dual antiplatelet aggregation drugs for cardiovascular diseases for traditional Chinese medicine of gastric mucosal protective agent effective.Method This paper using the method of clinical observation. the collected 60 patients according to the order of treatment were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group of 30 cases. Two groups of patients during treatment all stop using aspirin. The control group were treated with pantoprazole enteric capsules(Somac), Once a day,one capsules(40mg) each time, orally before breakfast every day, for taking a month. The treatment group on the basis of control group added with Huangqi Guizhi Ten Junzi Soup Decoction treatment, one dose daily,Take these medicine after meals twice a day, half an hour after taking breakfast and dinner, each time 150 ml, for taking a month. To investigate the safety, the degree of improvement in clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups of patients after treatment,changes were compared between two groups before and after treatment in patients with endoscopic tissue. After January, effective in 28 cases in the treatment group to continue taking the Huangqi Guizhi Ten Junzi Soup decoction and began taking dual antiplatelet drugs, to observe the protective effect of Huangqi Guizhi Ten Junzi Soup Decoction on gastric mucosa.Statistical analysis: The data collected in this study were processed by SPSS 13. The data were analyzed by Ridit and the data were analyzed by X2, and the data were t test.Result ①The efficacy of TCM syndrome:in the treatment group, 16 cases were cured, 7 cases markedly effective, effective 5 cases,invalid 2 cases,10 cases were cured in the control group patients,markedly effective in 6 cases,effective 5 cases,invalid 7 cases,the treatment group and the control group,clinical cure rates were 56.67% and 40.00%;the total efficiency were 93.33% and 76.67%,after statistics processing,differences in the two groups(P<0.05).Prompt Huangqi Guizhi Ten Junzi Soup decoction with pantoprazole can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with gastric ulcer,and is better than that of pantoprazole in the treatment of.②Endoscopic efficacy:treatment group clinical cure 8 cases,markedly effective in 10 cases,effective 9 cases,invalid 3 cases,the total efficiency of 90.00%;control group,clinical cure 6 cases,markedly effective in 9 cases,effective 7 cases,invalid 8 cases,the total efficiency of 73.77%.After statistical treatment,there were significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).That the Huangqi Guizhi Ten Junzi Soup decoction with medicine group was better than the simple western medicine group endoscopic gastric mucosal healing rate is high, the curative effect is better. ③taking Huangqi Guizhi Ten Junzi Soup decoction has protective effect on gastric mucosa at the same time taking dual antiplatelet drugs :In the treatment group 28 cases of clinical symptoms improve patient to continue taking Huangqi Guizhi Ten Junzi Soup decoction 1 month, and at the same time taking dual antiplatelet aggregation drugs. Only 2 patients had obvious discomfort, and fecal occult blood test was positive in 0 cases. That Huangqi Guizhi Ten Junzi Soup can prevent dual antiplatelet drugs on the gastric mucosal injury, protect gastric mucosa.Conclusion Treatment by drugs(Aspirin combined clopidogrel) due to spleen deficiency and blood stasis type gastric ulcer, Huangqi Guizhi Ten Junzi Soup decoction combined with western medicine is better than the simple use of Western medicine treatment. The party can collaborative western medicine, the clinical symptoms improvedrapidly, has a positive effect on the repair of injury of gastric mucosa.Huangqi Guizhi Ten Junzi Soup soup with dual antiplatelet drug use also can protect the gastric mucosa, injury prevention drugs on gastric mucosa.
