Objective To conduct an intervention experiment on a new media-based health literacy popular science animation video for a freshman in a college in Hengyang City,compare the changes in health literacy levels before and after the intervention,analyze the students'satisfaction evaluation of the intervention and willingness to participate in the intervention again,and explore new media-based Intervention effect of popular health literacy popular science video on freshmen's health literacy,discusses the acceptance of students'new literacy popular science popular video based on new media,and provides a reference for colleges to carry out intervention work to improve the health literacy of college students.Method A stratified equal proportion sampling method was used to randomly select 600 freshmen from a college in Hengyang City,Hunan Province as the research object.The research objects were divided into pre-test experimental group,pre-test control group,and non-pre-test experimental group according to the design of the four groups of Solomon.1.The control group without prior test,150 people in each group.From October 2019 to December 2019,a 12-week,weekly health literacy intervention was carried out using the fun science animation video of"Talking about Health Literacy-Interpretation of Chinese Citizens'Health Literacy(2015 Edition)".Under the background of new media,this college student health literacy questionnaire was designed according to the existing national resident health literacy questionnaire.At the same time,the self-compiled satisfaction assessment questionnaire was widely read after the relevant questionnaire.The questionnaire was used to recover the questionnaire.Before the implementation of the intervention,all the research subjects conducted a baseline survey,and then conducted a final survey after the intervention.SPSS20.0 software was used for statistical analysis,measurement data were described by x?S,frequency and percentage of count data were used,nonparametric tests,analysis of variance,and chi-square tests were used to compare changes in health literacy levels before and after intervention,and analysis of health literacy availability rates and scores among the four groups.Differences in correctness of answers to the entries.Results(1)Before intervention,145 freshmen(48.33%)of freshmen in a college in Hengyang City had health literacy.The pre-test experimental group had a health literacy availability rate of 50.00%,and the pre-test control group had a health literacy availability rate of 46.67%;before the intervention The test group's health literacy availability rate was 81.33%,the untested test group's health literacy availability rate was68.00%,the pretest control group's health literacy availability rate was55.33%,and the untested control group's health literacy availability rate was 42.00%.(2)The pre-test experimental group's health literacy availability rate was higher than that before the intervention(x~2=32.660,P=0.000);after the intervention,the pre-test experimental group health literacy availability rate was higher than the pre-test control group(x~2=23.430,P=0.000);after intervention,the subjects of the untested experimental group had a higher health literacy rate than the untested control group(x~2=20.485,P=0.000).(3)The pretest group students'health literacy score was 51.96±4.81,and the pretest group students'health literacy score was 50.95±5.52,intervention Later scores increased by 3.71±5.29 points and 0.90±7.03 points,respectively.(4)After excluding the influence of the co-variable pre-test results on the post-dependent test results,the self-variable intervention has a significant effect on the experimental processing caused by the post-dependent test results,with F=20.626 and P=0.000 The pretest effect was significant on the health literacy score,F=7.290 and P=0.007;the interaction between the pretest and intervention was not significant on the health literacy score,F=0.150,P=0.698.(5)58.00%of the students rated the intervention as satisfactory to the health improvement of themselves and the surrounding population,and 75%of the students rated the intervention as using the network for health education.After participating in the activity,98.33%of the students are willing to accept our health education again;the average score of students'willingness to recommend this activity is 7.82 points,and the NPS value is 15.66.Conclusion(1)The health literacy survey has a pre-test effect.The video animation intervention of health literacy based on new media can improve the health literacy level of college students.(2)Students are more satisfied with the new media-based health literacy popular science animation video intervention,and are more willing to participate in the same activities again.(3)New media video intervention is a way to promote health literacy education in colleges and universities.
