| ObjectiveChildbirth is a natural physiological process for women,but primipara due to lack of experience,uterine contraction pain and memory forgetting,etc.,childbirth anxiety and fear will affect the progress of labor and delivery results.In order to improve the above situation,this study will focus on the initial situation.Maternal development develops a set of childbirth missions based on maternity midwifery work,explains the series of knowledge of the delivery room in the form of animated video for the primipara,and evaluates the application effect of the developed animation video after the first stage of primipara.MethodsThe first stage:Expert Consultation.On the basis of reviewing the factors affecting the delivery of primipara,the content and form of childbirth health education,the status of clinical midwifery work,animation video and other related literature,the first round of consultation questionnaire on childbirth mission animation video based on maternity delivery was initially formed.In order to ensure the authoritative and reliable development of the animation video content,the Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of expert consultation from April to June 2018 to evaluate the satisfaction of video content and form.1.Establishment of research group.This research group consists of 4 people:1 professor,1 senior funded expert,and 2 nursing graduate students.The main task of the research team is to establish the research theme,design expert consultation questionnaire,set consultation expert standards,expert opinion collection and statistical processing.2.Design Expert Consultation Questionnaire.Based on the previous literature research,we designed the expert consultation questionnaire.The contents of the questionnaire include:(1)Introduction.Introduce the purpose and significance of the research;(2)the basic situation of the experts.Including the expert' s age,gender,highest education,length of service,professional technical titles,units and research areas;(3)childbirth mission animation video consultation form.Each item uses the Likert 5 scale.The higher the score,the higher the satisfaction(5?very satisfied,4?satisfied,3?general,2?unsatisfactory,1?very unsatisfactory).Experts are requested to make a choice about the satisfaction level of each item.At the same time,the reasons for adding,subtracting or modifying the items can be filled in the revised couments column.(4)The familiarity and judgment basis of the experts on the content of the consultation.3.Determining the criteria for consulting expertsThe criteria for inclusion of experts in this study are:(1)highest education:junior college and above;(2)length of service:10 years and above;(3)professional technical title:competent doctor/guardian and above;4)Research area:related to obstetrics and gynaecology/care.4.Survey method The questionnaire will be sent to the experts by e-mail and questionnaire star form and the questionnaire will be collected in time.The first round of expert consultation results were statistically analyzed.On this basis,the content of the questionnaire was revised and improved to form a second round of expert consultation questionnaire.5.Data Analysis The collected electronic questionnaire data was exported to EXCEL,and then statistically processed using SPSS19.0.6.Video production The documentary research,two rounds of expert consultation,the birth education mission framework system into animation video,through the script,application software for animation video production,add video dubbing,video post-editing,add background music,etc.The animation video is created after a series of operations.The second stage:clinical application.Using the convenient sampling method,the childbirth education video developed by the Institute was used to deliver the childbirth of the primiparas who were hospitalized in our hospital from September 20 to 2018.Watch the video for a total of 8 minutes.Before and after the observation,the "Anxiety Self-Assessment Scaler" was used to measure the anxiety of the primipara,and the "Preliminary Evaluation of the Application of the Animated Video Mission" was used to evaluate the effect of the animation video.Results1.Basic information of experts The 6 experts of this study have 66.67%from Chinese medicine hospitals and 33.33%from Western hospitals;among them,women account for 80.00%,males account for 20.00%;among the highest education,60%are undergraduates and 26.67%are masters.Doctors accounted for 13.33%;deputy chief physieian/guardian accounted for 53.33%,chief physician/guardian accounted for13.33%,associate professor accounted for 6.67%,and professor accounted for 6.67%.2.Expert positive coefficient The positive coefficient of the two rounds of expert consultation is 75%and 100%respectively.3.The degree of coordination of expert opinions The coordination coefficients of the two rounds of expert consultation were 0.374 and 0.367,respectively,and they were statistically significant(P<0.001),and the degree of coordination of expert opinions was high.4.Expert authority coefficient The average authoritative coefficient of this research expert is 0.925,which has high authority.5.Determine the childbirth animation video system mission plan based on clinical delivery and midwifery work,including maternity articles and family articles,a total of 8 minutes.6.Clinical application effect of childbirth mission animation video:(1)Differences in SAS?VAS scores between the experimental group and the control group after intervention.The results of the study showed that the mean value of SAS?VAS scores in the primipara of the control group after the intervention was higher than that in the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(2)Evaluation of the effect of primipara on the animation video of childbirth mission.In the feedback survey of each item,the top four scores were "the video content is practical" and "this video of the animation"The overall effect of the application was satisfactory,"I raised my understanding of the delivery process”and "Improved the cooperation with the midwife during the labor process",indicating that most of the primiparas have high satisfaction with the content of this animation video.Conclusions1.This study used the expert consultation method to develop an 8-minute childbirth mission animation video based on the delivery of midwifery,which has good practicality and scientificity,and provides a vivid resource for clinical childbirth.2.Childbirth missionary animation video has the advantages of vivid,intuitive,easy to understand and re-observable,which can effectively alleviate the natal anxiety of childbirth,and can be used as an effective carrier for clinical childbirth.3.The primipara has a high degree of satisfaction in watching the animation video of the childbirth mission,and the overall viewing effect is affirmed. |
