BackgroundStreptococcus is a Gram-positive cocci, first discovered by Billrth and Enrich in 1877.According to the difference in cell wall C,it is divided into 18 families, such as A,B,and C.In 1933,Lancefield discovered that Group B Streptococci(GBS)can cause a variety of diseases.GBS parasitizes the lower digestive tract of healthy people, with a prevalence of15% to 35%.Bacteria can develop into the genitourinary tract and coexist with Candida. The rate of infection varies with race, region and age.Special populations such as multiple sexual partners have a higher prevalence rate, and the incidence of pregnant women, newborns and diabetics is high.To this end, this study looked at the factors affecting the infection of group B streptococcal infection in perinatal genital tract and its effect on pregnancy outcome.ObjectiveIn this study,131 pregnant women in perinatal period were studied to investigate the influencing factors of genital tract group B streptococcus infection in pregnant women and its impact on pregnancy outcomes.MethodsThe clinical data of perinatal pregnant women who were treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Luohe Medical College from January 2017 to January 2019 were analyzed retrospectively.63 pregnant women with group B streptococcus infection were detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR as the infection group, and 68 normal pregnant women as the control group. The influencing factors of group B streptococcus infection in reproductive tract of perinatal pregnant women were analyzed, and the pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared. To explore the influence factors of group Bstreptococcus infection in the reproductive tract of perinatal pregnant women and its influence on pregnancy outcome.Results1.The average age and gestational week of pregnant women in the infection group were(28.3±1.5)years old and(36.2±0.8)weeks old respectively, and those in the control group were(28.5±1.2)years old and(36.4±1.0)weeks old respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Compared with the control group, the age of pregnant women?35 years old,the number of prenatal check-ups,abortion history, combined with vaginitis and other factors, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but the difference of birth times and education level between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);single factor analysis showed that the age of pregnant women, the number of prenatal check-ups,abortion history, vaginitis and other factors could be It can be related to the infection of group B streptococcus in the reproductive tract of pregnant women in perinatal period, but the birth time and education level have nothing to do with GBS infection.3.The study data showed that the factors such as age of pregnant women, the number of prenatal check-ups,abortion history, vaginitis, which may be related to GBS infection, were included in the multi factor Logistic analysis model. It was found that the factors such as age of pregnant women ? 35 years old, less than 7 of the number of prenatal check-ups,previous abortion history, and vaginitis were independent risk factors of GBS infection in perinatal pregnant women.4.The results showed that there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Among the pregnant women with GBS,there were 25 cases of PROM(39.68%),16 cases of amniotic infection(25.40%),24 cases of preterm delivery(38.10%),22 cases of puerperal infection(34.92%),2 cases of asymptomatic bacteriuria(3.17%),9 cases of PROM(13.24%),4 cases of amniotic infection(5.88%),6 cases of preterm delivery(8.82%),4 cases of puerperal infection(5.88%),and no symptom The incidence of PROM,amniotic cavity infection, preterm delivery and puerperal infection in the infection group were higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but the incidence of asymptomatic bacteriuria was not statistically significant(P>0.05).5.The results showed that there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The incidence of jaundice, pneumonia, asphyxia, septicemia, intrauterine distress and neonatal infection in pregnant women with GBS were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion1.The age of pregnant women ?35 years old, less than 7 of the number of prenatal check-ups,the history of miscarriage of pregnant women, and the combined vaginitis are independent risk factors for GBS infection in the genital tract of pregnant women during perinatal period.2.Reproductive tract of pregnant women infected with GBS are likely to cause premature rupture of membranes, amniotic cavity infection(chorioamnionitis),premature delivery, puerperal infection, fetal distress, asphyxia, jaundice, neonatal infection, pneumonia, sepsis and other adverse pregnancy outcomes.3.A series of effective preventive measures such as prenatal examination and a rapid and accurate GBS infection diagnosis method are of great significance to the prognosis of mothers and infants.
