Objective:collecting 455 cases of pregnant women in late pregnancy clinical pregnancy outcome from January 2015 to January 2016 in University of South China Affiliated Hospital of huaihua, and statistical analysis of the experiments and their infants health. To explore the relationship between perinatal group B streptococcus infection rates and pregnancy outcomes in Affiliated Hospital of Huaihua. Methods: Collected 455 cases of women in late pregnancy from January 2015 to January 2016 in University of South China Affiliated Hospital of Huaihua, vaginal and anal secretions were collected for B streptococcus test. All the cases were divided into two group by gestation B streptococcus positive rate, detection gestational age women, urban living, pregnant women nation and the number of abortions. all pregnant women gestational age were confirmed by last menstruation, and B ultrasound diagnosis of early pregnancy, which were excluded to history of recent sexual intercourse and use of antibiotics.Results1. Group B streptococcus positive rate: B streptococcus which were cultured positive are 41(9%, 41/455), real-time PCR-positive are 48(10.55%, 48/455).respcectly,37 of the samples were collected from virginal, 21 of the cases were collected from anus.1.1 455 cases of pregnant women, according to the real-time PCR results showed that 28-31 week 56 cases, GBS positive in 3 cases, 32-34 week 87 cases, GBS positive in 6 cases, 35-37 week 98 cases, GBS positive in 23 cases, >37 week 214 cases, GBS positive in 16 cases, 35-37 weeks gestational age was the highest percent than the others.the group of 28-31+6 weeks, 32-34+6 weeks and 38-41+6 weeks have lower positive rate compared with 35-37+6 weeks, using pairwise X2 test, P <0.05, which have statistically significant;respectively,28-31+6 weeks,32-34+6 weeks, the positive rate of 38-41+6 weeks of each other using the X2 test calculation, which difference is not statistically significant.1.2 The positive rate of women live in the city [12.88%(21/163)] was significantly higher than non-urban residential rate of pregnant women carry 9.2% 27/292], the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05) with statistical analysis.1.3 Han heavily pregnant woman, group B streptococcus positive rate was10.21%(39/382), Minority group B Streptococcus positive rate was 12.33%(9/73), minority carrier rate of pregnant women was significantly lower than the Han, the correction formula using test statistical analysis, the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05);1.4 Compared with no abortions women [12.45%(35/281)], who were taken abortions have higher rates of positive B streptococcus [7.47%(13/174)], all the dates analyzed by Fourfold table test statistic method, the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).2. The number of women who suffered from premature rupture of membranes are 73, the positive case are 28; 27 cases of premature birth occurred, and the possive number is 2;16 cases were suffered from amnionitis, which included 6 carrier.premature rupture of membranes group was higher than the negative-positive group,as well as amnionitis and Fetal distress, the statistical analysis of data show significant difference.(P< 0.05);conclusion1. The two methods of testsing GBS, namely Culture and PCR, have on effects on GBS detection rate, therefore, using the PCR method is simple and effective in Prenatal care.2. 455 cases in our hospital obstetric hospital late pregnant women, pregnant women, GBS urban living was higher than in other regions of pregnant women and the difference was significant, pregnant GBS 35-37 weeks gestational age was the highest percent than the others, but which have no relationship with abortions and ethnic.3. In our hospital 455 cases of pregnant women, the incidence of premature rupture of membranes GBS-positive pregnant women, sheep meningitis, fetal distress incidence of GBS compared with negative group increased, the difference was statistically significant, so the pregnancy hemolytic Group B pregnant women infected with Streptococcus pregnancy outcomes premature rupture of membranes, amnionitis, fetal distress related.
