Study On The Relationship Between Coagulation Four Items And Renal Function Indexes In The Pathogenesis Of HDP

BackgroundHypertensive disorders of pregnancy(HDP)is a common disease in pregnancy.It often occurs after 20 weeks of pregnancy,often accompanying multiple organ damage.When it is serious,it can show symptoms such as heart and kidney failure and diffuse intravascular coagulation(DIC),or even death,which seriously threatens the safety of pregnant women and perinatal children.Studies have shown that hypertensive disorders of pregnancy is related to the changes of coagulation function and renal function respectively,but the relationship between the four coagulation combined renal functions and hypertensive disorders of pregnancy is not clear.Therefore,this study will study the relationship between the four coagulation combined renal function and the incidence of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy,and provide theoretical and experimental basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.ObjectiveTo explore the relationship between coagulation and renal function indexes in the pathogenesis of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy.MethodFrom January 2019 to June 2019,30 patients from Municipal Hospital of Xuchang with pregnancy induced hypertension were selected as hypertensive disorders of pregnancy group.The gestational weeks were 34-40 weeks.30 healthy women of childbearing age were randomly selected as normal non pregnant group.Randomly select delivery in hospital at the same time,none30 cases of normal pregnancy with complications were taken as normal pregnancy group.Other non-corresponding factors,such as:autoimmune diseases,infectious diseases,use of large doses of drugs,as well as serious heart,lung,liver diseases,mental diseases,chronic consumptive diseases,etc,have been excluded.All patients need to improve the medical history,in the morning fasting more than 8 hours premise,collect samples for testing.The data of prothrombin time(PT),activated partial prothrombin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT),fibrinogen(FIB),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(Cr)and uric acid(UA)were recorded as needed.Spss22.0 statistical software was used to analyze the income data of the Institute.In this study,the mean ± standard deviation(`X ± s)was used to express the measurement data.ANOVA was used to compare the three groups,i.e.hypertensive disorders of pregnancy group,normal pregnancy group and normal non pregnancy group.Independent sample t test was used to compare the groups,Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation,P< 0.05 is statistically significant.Results1.There were statistically significant differences in PT,APTT and FIB between the normal non pregnant group,the normal pregnant group and the hypertensive disorders of pregnancy group.Among them,PT and APTT of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy group and normal pregnancy group were significantly lower than that of normal non pregnancy group,FIB of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy group and normal pregnancy group were significantly higher than that of normal non pregnancy group,the difference was statistically significant;there was no statistical significance in TT comparison.2.There was significant difference in BUN,Cr and UA of renal function between normal non pregnant group,normal pregnant group and hypertensive disorders of pregnancy group during pregnancy.The BUN of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy group and normal non pregnancy group were significantly higher than that of normal pregnancy group,the Cr of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy group and normal pregnancy group were significantly lower than that of normal non pregnancy group,the UA of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy group and normal pregnancy group were significantly higher than that of normal non pregnancy group,the difference was statistically significant.3.The Pearson correlation analysis results of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy group,PT,APTT,TT,FIB,BUN,Cr,UA were correlated with hypertension,P>0.05,no correlation.Conclusion1.The comparison results of coagulation and renal function indexes among hypertensive disorders of pregnancy group,normal pregnancy group and normal non pregnancy group indicate that the examination of coagulation and renal function during pregnancy has important guiding significance for the prevention and treatment of gynecological complications during pregnancy and postpartum,and for the evaluation of maternal and infant health status.2.PT,APTT,FIB,BUN,Cr,UA of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy group.There was no significant correlation between them.In the future,we need to explore the relationship between pregnancy induced hypertension and other factors.
