The Reseach Of Professor Wang Canhui In Treating Ulcerative Colitis Disease

Objective:By collecting the medical case of Professor Wang Canhui's clinical reatment of ulcerative colitis,combining computer data mining technology,statistical methods,personal learning experience with teachers,and related literature review,systematically summarize Professor Wang Canhui's clinical experience in identifying and treating ulcerative colitis.Method:1.By summarizing the etiology and pathogenesis,the key points of differentiation of syndromes,and the rule of treatment,the author analyzes Wang Canhui's clinical experience in treating ulcerative colitis.2.Collect the medical records of Professor Wang Canhui from March 2016 to December 2019 for outpatient treatment of ulcerative colitis,and preprocess the selected medical records.Enter the clinical data of 50 cases and 142 consultations that meet the criteria into a computer to establish a database.Using Microsoft Office Excel software and data processing platform Xminer Operation Tool V1.4.To perform frequency analysis,association rule analysis,mining medication rules in medical records,and finally combining the clinical experience of Professor Wang Canhui to analyze and summarize the mining results.Results:1.Professor Wang Canhui believes that spleen deficiency,intestin al heat and blood stasis are the basic pathogenesis of the disease.On this basi s,it can develop into liver and spleen discord,spleen and kidney deficiency,s pleen and kidney deficiency,and dampness and stagnation.Activating blood is the main treatment method,which can regulate liver and kidney and eliminate.2.0f the 142 consultations,33 were male patients,100 were female patients,a nd 17 were female patients,with 42 consultations.Drugs with a application freq uency of more than 60%included Baizhu?Baishao?Machixian?Zhike?Qiansh i?Muxiang?Huanglian.Drug combinations with a application frequency of mor e than 40%included[Baizhu,Zhike]?[Baishao,Machixian]?[Machixian,Qianshi]?[Muxiang,Baizhu,Baishao]?[Muxiang,Zhike]?[Fuling,Baizhu]?[Muxiang,Huangli an]?[Shiliupi,Machixian].The Cumulative frequency of the classification of tradi tional Chinese medicine,including spleen-tonifying and qi-boosting drugs,astringe nt intestines and antidiarrheal drugs,heat-clearing and detoxifying drugs,qi-rectif ying and the center harmonizing drugs,heat-clearing and damp-drying drugs,liv er-relieving and pain-relieving drugs,blood-activating and stasis removing drugs,digestion-promoting and accumulation-removing drugs could reach 77.38%.Conclusion:Professor Wang Canhui believes that ulcerative colitis is located in the intestine,the disease is in the spleen,and is related to liver and kidney.Heat toxicity,blood stasis,and hysteresis are important pathological factors.In the acute stage,the accumulation of heat and toxin,stagnation of blood stasis,or stagnation of dampness,and spleen deficiency are the main symptoms.Therefore,it is suitable to treat heat clearing and detoxification,and to eliminate and guide,stanch bleeding and remove blood stasis,and strengthen the spleen and promote the circulation.During the remission period,the spleen qi deficiency is the basic pathogenesis and the accompanied syndrome included heat accumulation and blood stasis.Therefore,the main treatment is based on tonifying the spleen and boosting qi,clearing away heat,activating blood circulation,regulating the liver,tonifying the kidney,regulating qi,astringent intestines,and adding and subtracting as symptoms.
