Abstract/Summary:
Objective: The invention relates to an intelligent full-thorax controllable vibration expectorant device and method.Methods: An intelligent full-thorax controllable vibration expectoration device and method,the device includes: an outer vest for wearing on a patient for vibrating expectoration;a plurality of fixed strips are arranged on the outer vest;and a vibration The mechanism was composed of 42 vibration units;each of the 42 vibration units described above is fixed on a position fixing bar;the 42 vibration units are connected together through a wire;a power supply device was used to transform an external power source after voltage transformation Power was supplied to the vibration mechanism;a dedicated controller was used to precisely control the work of the vibration motor;one end of the controller was connected to the power supply device,and the other end was connected to the vibration mechanism.Through this research design,compare with the widely used clinical sputum expulsion machine(such as the American G5 sputum expulsion machine)to compare the differences between the two devices in terms of ease of operation,control of vibration division and human comfort.Results: The traditional low-frequency vibration level and vertical force of the traditional vibration expectoration machine could effectively penetrate the chest muscles and lung tissues and could be transmitted to the terminal bronchus with a fixed rhythm,and its vibration frequency could also be based on the patient’s lung infection,The body mass index was further precisely adjusted,which could achieve durable,stable and efficient vibration power output.Therefore,the expectorant effect was better than the traditional method of diarrhea and suction.However,it had the following disadvantages: the entire treatment process requires the therapist to operate,and the patient couldn’t be used at home alone;the subjective arbitrariness of the placement and time of the vibration probe was too large,even a professional couldn’t achieve its maximum effect;the device was too large,It was not convenient for patients to use at home,so the treatment scope was limited;vibration sputum excretion could only be performed through the vibration probe as a whole,and the patient’s sputum excretion needs will change according to the condition.At this time,the existing vibration sputum excretion device couldn’t achieve partitioning.It was difficult to achieve the purpose of vibration sputum excretion.At this time,it was difficult for the existing vibratory sputum discharge device to achieve the purpose of vibratory sputum discharge due to the inability to achieve zoned vibratory sputum discharge.This experimental design had a unique design of 42 vibration units,which makes it have a smaller volume,easier operation,more accurate sputum positioning and more artificially guided sputum production process,resulting in multi-site vibration The force was more reliable than the traditional vibratory sputum excretion machine,the continuous output of the vibratory force was softer,the patient’s comfort was higher,and the patient could be independently controlled;the vibratory sputum excretion could be divided according to the actual clinical needs.Conclusion: The portable vibration sputum discharge machine finally obtained by the research had a unique design of 42 vibrating units,which was smaller,more complex,cheaper,easier to operate,more accurate sputum positioning and more artificial intelligence The guided sputum elimination process had truly achieved the core elements of lightness,convenience,accuracy,control,and cleanliness.
