Combined Effect Of Vibration Expectoration Of Sputum After Thoracotomy Effect Of Oxygen Inhalation Drive

Objective To investigate the sputum clearance effect of oxygen atomizing inhalation in combination with vibratory sputum excretion machine on post-thoracotomy patients.Methods160post-thoracotomy patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided randomly into4vgroups, There were40patients in each group. A group:the patients were treated with ultrasonic atomizing inhalation in combination with percussion on back, B group:the patients were treated with ultrasonic atomizing inhalation in combination with vibratory sputum excretion machine, C group:the patients were treated with oxygen atomizing inhalation in combination with percussion on back, D group:the patients were treated with oxygen atomizing inhalation in combination with vibratory sputum excretion machine. The PaO2, PaCO2, SaO2of arterial blood, sputum capacity and comfort level of patients were recorded after3days.Results The arterial blood gas analysis (PaO2, PaCO2, SaO2), sputum capacity and comfort level of D group were better than other groups. There were statistically significant difference between D group and other groups.(PaO2:comparition of D group with A group P<0.001, D group with B group P<0.001, D group with C group P=0.003;PaCO2:D group with A group P<0.001, D group with B group P <0.001, D group with C group P=0.042; SaO2:D group with A group P<0.001, D group with B group P<0.001, D group with C group P<0.001; sputum capacity:D group with A group P<0.001, D group with B group P<0.001, D group with C group P=0.001; comfort level:D group with A group P<0.001, D group with B group P<0.001, D group with C group P=0.004).Conclusion Oxygen atomizing inhalation in combination with vibratory sputum excretion machine can dilute sputum of post-thoracotomy patients perferably, increase sputum capacity, improve the indicator of the arterial blood gas analysis, the effect of sputum clearance is better and the comfort level is high.
