Objective:1.In this study,the vibration sign monitoring system(ZnziiHealthdevice,ZID)and Apnea-LinkAir portable sleep monitor(APL)were used to monitor sleep respiration at the same time.Taking the monitoring results of APL as the reference standard,the accuracy of ZID in sleep respiration monitoring was verified.2.This study is based on the high-precision time dimension big data collected by the vibration sensor,including respiratory rate,heart rate and snoring times,and refers to the time series analysis method of econometrics to verify that time series analysis can be used to predict sleep apneaMethods:1.Data collection:Recruiting 200 patients suspected of OSA from the outpatient clinic,such as sleep snoring or apnea symptoms,and then using the reference device APL and ZID to perform sleep breathing monitoring and collecting sleep breathing monitoring data during sleep at night,where the experimental monitoring time was more than 4 hours and monitoring indicators include average heart rate,average breathing rate,AHI,snoring frequency.2.Statistical methods:SPSS 22.0 and Medcalc are used to perform Pearson correlation analysis and Bland-Altman consistency analysis on the data collected by the device to verify the effectiveness of the device for sleep monitoring.Based on the vibration monitoring data,Eviews 12.0 software was used to perform time series analysis on the collected original physiological data including heart rate,breathing frequency and snoring frequency to explore the trends of heart rate,breathing frequency and snoring frequency,where the prediction models of heart rate,respiratory rate and snoring frequency are established and the stability verified.Results:1.The average heart rate,average breathing frequency,AHI and snoring frequency of the tested device and the reference device are all well correlated,and the P values are all<0.01,which proves statistical significance.2.Bland-Altman analysis results show that the device under test and the reference device have high consistency,which indicates that the device under test can be used for sleep apnea monitoring and it can achieve preliminary screening for apnea.3.Time series analysis can predict the trends of heart rate,respiratory rate and snoring times,and thus can provide an important basis for predicting and diagnosing of sleep apnea diseasesConclusions:1.ZID non-contact human body vibration sign monitoring system and Alink Air portable sleep monitoring system have high consistency in the monitoring results of AHI,heart rate,breathing frequency and snoring frequency physiological signals,which demonstrates it can effectively screen for sleep apnea diseases.2.Based on the big data of heart rate,breathing and snoring frequency collected by ZID,the disease can be predicted through time series analysis.
