Purpose:To evalute the effectiveness of ZiShenQingXin decoction combined with estazolam in the treatment of perimenopausal insomnia patients with disorder between heart and kidney more comprehensively, truly and objectively,so as to provide basis and ideas for clinical promotion.Medhod:Patients meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group(Taking the ZiShenQingXin decoction and estazolam)and the control group(Taking estazolam). The two groups were treated for 8 weeks. The changes of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality index(PSQI scores),Kupperman perimenopausal symptoms rating scale integration(KMI scores),clinical syndrome scores and serum E2,FSH,LH were compared before and after treatment.Follow up to understand the adverse reactions during treatment and the recurrence of insomnia symptoms after drug withdrawal.Results:30 cases were collected in both group. In the treatment group,1 cases fell off.In the control group,2 cases fell off.1.Sleep efficacy:In the treatment group, there were 4 cured patient,17 effective patients,4 markedly effective patients and 4 ineffective patients. The total effective rate was 86.21%.In the control group, there were 1 cured patient,3 effective patients,17 markedly effective patients,7 ineffective patients, and the total effective rate was 75.00%.The difference in the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group.2.PSQI scores:Total scores of PSQI:After the treatment, both group was decreased in varying degrees(P<0.05).Each score of PSQI:Compared with the control group, the treatment group was better than the control group in terms of the sleep quality, the time of falling asleep, sleep time, sleep efficiency, sleep disorders and daytime dysfunction(P<0.05).3.Clinical syndrome scores:In the treatment group, there were 2 cured patient,4 effective patients,20 markedly effective patients and 3 ineffective patients. The total effective rate was 89.66%.In the control group, there were 0 cured patient,0 effective patient,19 markedly effective patients,9 ineffective patients, and the total effective rate was 67.86%.The difference between the treatment group and the control group was significant(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group.4.KMI scores:The difference between the treatment group and the control group was significant(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group.5.Serum E2,FSH,LH:The differences of serum E2,LH and FSH before and after both group were not statistically significant(P>0.05).6.Adverse reactions:Duration of treatment,no patients in the treatment group had discomfort symptoms, the incidence of adverse reactions was 0.00%;3 patients in the controlgroup had adverse reactions, the incidence of adverse reactions was 10.71%,the difference between the treatment group and the control group was not significant(P>0.05).7.In terms of recurrence:After 8 weeks' follow-up,it was found that there were 3 cases of recurrence in the treatment group, with a recurrence rate of 10.34%;in the control group, there were 9 cases of recurrence, with a recurrence rate of 32.14%.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),which shows that the treatment group has a longer-term therapeutic effect. Conclusion:ZiShenQingXin decoction combined with estazolam can be proved to be clinically effective in the treatment of perimenopausal insomnia patients with disorder between heart and kidney and further show the characteristics and advantages of traditional chinese medicine treatment.
