Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture Combined With Medicine In The Treatment Of Perimenopausal Insomnia (Cardiorenal Incompatibility)

Objective: To observe the curative effect of tianwang buxin pill combined with pressacupuncture in the treatment of perimenopausal insomnia(heart and kidney disconnection type)and the effect on the related symptoms of perimenopausal period,so as to provide basis for the clinical application and promotion.Methods: This study selected in March,2018-December 2018 in the second affiliated hospital of heilongjiang university of TCM gynecology outpatient perimenopausal insomnia in patients with type(heart kidney not pay),a total of 42 cases,shall be king bushing pill joint press needle therapy,the application of Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI),Kupperman rating scale,TCM syndrome integral scale evaluation,comparing the results of before and after treatment,the application of statistical analysis of data.Results: Tianwang buxin pill combined with press-needle therapy for perimenopausal insomnia(heart and kidney do not cross type)patients with insomnia symptoms is effective.It can improve the symptoms of perimenopausal insomnia(heart and kidney disjunction type).It is safe and has few side effects.
