Clinical Curative Effect Observation Of Zishenqingxin Decoction Treating The Premature Ovary Failure For The Type Of Disharmony Between Heart And Kidney

Objective:Analyzing and summarizing the premature ovary failure's clinical research progress of traditional and modern medicine.And observing Zishenqingxin decoction's clinical effect of treating the premature ovary failure for the type of disharmony between heart and kidney.Combing with the conclusions of our subject,it can raise the Traditional Chinese Medicine's trend and advantage to cure this disease.To get more possibility to put off the premature ovary failure and recover women's ovary function.At the same time,to promote Zishenqingxin decoction's Clinical popularization and application.Finally,attaining our goal to improving women's quality of life.Methods:The research's experiment method is allocating randomly and forming contrast.According to 1:1 proportion,we allocate the 60 premature ovary failure patients to treatment and control groups.The control group takes Kuntai capsule,and the treatment group is treated with the Chinese medicine of Zishenqingxin decoction.After three months' observation,recording the change of clinical symptoms and laboratory index of the two groups in detail,like:Perimenopausal uncomfortable symptoms,TCM symptom scores,the serum level of E2?FSH?LH and pregnancy rate,and so on.Applying the statistical method to analyze the change at pretherapy and post-treatment between and in the two groups,draw relevant conclusions and evaluate the herbs' clinical efficacy.Results:(1)Comprehensive curative effect:Posttreatment,the treatment group:the well-healed cases,excellent cases,effective cases,and ineffective cases are 1,8,18,3 respectively,its total effective rate is 90.0%;at the same time,the number are 0,2,21,7 in the control group,its total effective rate is 76.7%.Compared by rank sum test,the difference of the two groups is significant(P<0.05).And the treatment group's comprehensive curative effect overmatch the control group.(2)TCM symptom scores:Posttreatment,the TCM symptom scores significantly decreased,in the two groups,and with a significant difference by t-test(P<0.05);The differences contrast of the two groups also have statistically significance(P<0.05),besides,the treatment group is obviously greater than the other group.(3)Serum sex hormone level:After three-month treatment,the sex hormone level of the two groups has statistical significance(P<0.05).Statistics also shown that,there are significance of the differences contrast between the two groups for the E2 and FSH level respectively(P<0.05),and the treatment group are greater.The LH level difference contrast have no statistical significance(P>0.05).(4)Pregnancy improvement:Posttreatment,only 1 pregnant case from the treatment group,the data is too little to make statistical analysis.Conclusion:Zishenqingxin herbs can improve the premature ovary failure patient's clinical symptoms effectively;By acting on hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian reproductive axis,it Can adjust the serum hormone level of FSH,LH,E2 in different degrees,improve and activate the ovarian function;Zishenqingxin decoction is the effective prescription to treat the premature ovary failure for the type of disharmony between heart and kidney;Zishenqingxin decoction's curative effect is better than kuntai capsule,stated that the traditional chinese medicine decoction's efficacy is better,and its mechanism remains to be studied.
