The Observation Of Effect Of Xiaoyoujianpi Decoction Combined With Quadruple Therapy On Helicobacter Pylori Infection In Chronic Gastritis With Spleen-stomach Damp-heat Syndrome

Objective:To observe therapeutic effect of professor Zhou Xiaohong self experience side of xiaoyoujianpi decoction combined quadruple therapy on H.pylori infection in patients with chronic gastritis of spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome in H.pylori eradicate rate,clinical symptoms and the safety,and contrast with the pure western medicine quadruple therapy group,evaluate therapeutic effects objectively,provide a new therapeutic idea for treating H.pylori infection in patients with chronic gastritis(spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome)with traditional chinese medicine.Methods:Select sixty patients with H.pylori infection with chronic gastritis of spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome who met the inclusion criteria,randomly divided into the treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with xiaoyoujianpi decoction combined with western medicine quadruple therapy,the control group was treated with western medicine quadruple therapy,both groups were treated for 14 days and recheck breath test after 4 weeks of withdrawal.The H.pylori eradication rate,the change of clinical symptom score before and after treatment and the safety were observed respectively,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated by SPSS25.0 statistical analysis after data processing。Results:1.Eradication rate of H.pylori:the eradication rate of H.pylori in treatment group and control group was 93.3%and 86.7%,treatment group and control group had the same effect on H.pylori eradication rate(P>0.05).2.Comprehensive therapeutic effect the total effect rate in the treatment group was 93.3%,the control group was 66.7%,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).3.In terms of improving clinical symptoms:in the two groups,all the clinical symptoms in the treatment group improved significantly after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.01),the control group showed no significant improvement in loose stool,bitter taste,nausea and vomiting(P>0.05),the total score of clinical symptoms in the treatment group and control group after treatment decreased significantly compared with that before treatment(P<0.01).Between the two groups after treatment,in terms of epigastric distention,epigastric pain,loose stool,nausea and vomiting,the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);in terms of bitter taste,the clinical effect in the treatment group were superior to that in the control group(P<0.01);in terms of body drowsiness,deficiency of food and anorexia,ozostomia,the spirit of sleepiness,belching,pantothenic acid and heartburn,the therapeutic effect of the two groups was similar(P>0.05);the total score of clinical symptoms in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).4.Safety:the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group and control group were 6.7%and 33.3%,the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoyoujianpi decoction combined with quadruple therapy to eradicate H.pylori can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of H.pylori infection with chronic gastritis of spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and have a definite effect and good safety,but it has no obvious effect on the eradication rate of H.pylori.
