Clinical Reserach In Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis(Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type) With Different Level Of K-L By Xiazhi Xishang Decotion

Objective This topic is aimed at grading the curative effect of Xiazhi Xishang Decotion applying to different level of Kellgren-Lawrence injured patients with knee osteoarthritis(Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis)through clinical observation,designed to guide the clinical use of Xiazhi Xishang Decotion on indications evaluation and prognosis judge.Methods According with standard of diagnosis,select 80 patients with bone traumatology from November 2017 to November 2018 in our hospital.On the basis of Kellgren-Lawrence classification,these 80 patients were divided into the treatment one group and treatment two group.Two groups were receiving Xiazhi Xishang Decotion treatment,2 times/day,30 min/time,treatment of 4 weeks in a row.Compare the VAS score,WOMAC rating,JOA knee osteoarthritis treatment decision criteria of two groups of patients before and after treatment and after treatment of 1 months,3 months.After effectiveness evaluation,and statistical analysis,draw the conclusion.Results 1、After comparing two groups of patients before and after treatment and after treatment of 1 months,3 months in VAS score,WOMAC rating,JOA knee osteoarthritis treatment decision criteria,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01).2、After comparing the VAS score,WOMAC rating and JOA knee osteoarthritis treatment decision criteria of the treatment one group and treatment two group in after treatment,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).However,While in the comparison between the two groups in 1 months,3 months after treatment,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01).3、The total efficiency rate of treatment in the treatment one group and treatment two group after treatment was respectively 97.3% and 94.9%.There was no statistically significant difference.Conclusion Xiazhi Xishang Decotion is of good clinical efficacy curing injured party for and level Ⅱ Ⅲof K-L imaging classification knee osteoarthritis patients.Especially,the prescription is doing better curative effect to level knee osteoarthritis patientsthan level knee osteoarthritis Ⅱ Ⅲpatients.
