Clinical Observation Of Shanzhu Xiaoji Zhitong Decoction In The Treatment Of 60 Cases Of Pediatric Functional Abdominal Pain And Milk Product Stasis Syndrome

Objective: By taking Shanzhu Xiaoji Zhitong Decoction orally,observe the changes of the symptom score before and after treatment,and objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shanzhu Xiaoji Zhitong Decoction in treating children with functional abdominal pain,and improve its symptoms.Methods: In this trial,60 cases collected clinically were randomly divided into 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.The children in the treatment group were given oral counseling by the instructor for the “Shanzhu Xiaoji Zhitong Decoction” free-decoction preparation;the children in the control group were given oral administration of “Hippophae rhamnoides dry emulsion” for 1 week and 2 courses.Observe the clinical symptoms,TCM symptoms and other effects of the two groups,record the changes in the score of each symptom before and after treatment,collect the research data and statistical analysis of the collected data,and objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results: The results of this study showed:(1)Comparison between groups: 1 week after treatment,the frequency of abdominal pain in the two groups was compared without statistical significance(P = 0.05),and the efficacy was equivalent.Statistical difference(P <0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of saprophytic acid scores(P> 0.05),and the efficacy was comparable.The scores of the other treatment groups were lower than those of the control group,with statistical differences(P <0.05).The scores improved after 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment.The treatment group was better than the control group.(2)Comparison within the group: There is a statistical difference in the scores of the reduction of the symptoms before and after the treatment in the two groups(P <0.05),indicating that both groups are effective in treating children with functional abdominal pain(lactation syndrome).(3)Comparison of curative effect and total effective rate: 6 cases were cured in the treatment group,15 cases were markedly effective,7 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 93.33%;3 cases were cured in the control group,6 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were effective,and no effect was found.In 6 cases,the total effective rate was 80.0%.The overall effect of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05),and the total effective rate was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).(4)In a short time,the treatment group can effectively reduce the recurrence rate compared with the control group.Conclusion: Shanzhu Xiaoji Zhitong Decoction has strong dryness,dampness,spleen,and analgesic and analgesic effects.It has a significant clinical effect on the treatment of functional abdominal pain in children(milk food stagnation syndrome).There are no adverse reactions during the treatment.Application and promotion.
