| Objective: In order to study the clinical effect of modified Chinese Medicine Mahuang Jia Zhu Decoction on treating Malacia Patellar of phlegm-dampness obstruction syndrome,so as to promote its clinical application in the future.Methods: In this study,72 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of Chinese traditional and Western medicine and came from the orthopedics department in our hospital were divided into treatment group and Control Group according to the principle of randomized control 1:1 ratio.In the course of study and observation,12 cases were excluded and there were total 60 cases involving in the whole study: 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.The Treatment Group was treated with modified Mahuang Jia Zhu decoction while the control group was treated with Glucosamine Potassium Sulfate Capsules.The patients in the two groups were given equal-length contraction exercise of quadriceps femoris every day and such treatment kept for 6 weeks.After the treatment,the two groups of patients for the treatment effect were compared by the collected data before and after the treatment based on the VAS pain and WOMAC scale and Score of syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine;then processed these data by SPSS25.0.Results: 1.By comparing the basic information between the treatment group and the Control Group,there was no significant difference(P>0.05)between the two groups on sex,age,course of disease and incidence of joint.2.After the comparison,the VAS pain score of the two groups showed: the treatment group decreased from 2.80±1.06 to 1.10±0.88,while that of the control group decreased from 2.96±1.03 to 1.53±0.89.The results suggested that there was no significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of pain symptoms before and after Treatment(P>0.05).According to the scores of WOMAC scale(pain,stiffness,motor function and the total score)showed,the scores of both groups were significantly reduced,with the therapeutic effect of improving symptoms,there was significant difference(P<0.05);The score of TCM Syndrome in the treatment group was significantly lower thanthat in the control group,which indicated that the treatment group had a significant effect on the improvement of TCM Syndrome(P< 0.001).3.The comparison of the clinic effect showed that there were 8 cases cured,20 cases effective and 2 cases non-effective,and the total effective rate was 92.86%.There were 4 cases cured,19 cases effective and 7 cases non-effective,and the total effective rate was 76.67% in the control group.Therefore,it can be concluded that the clinical effectiveness of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the Control Group.Conclusion: The curative effect of the treatment group is obviously higher and better than that of the control group,which proves that the treatment group has obvious curative effect on Chondromalacia Patellae(phlegm-dampness block syndrome)by means of Mahuang Jia Zhu Decoction.In the course of treatment,no obvious adverse reaction,and no side effects,this treatment program has exact effect,and its effectiveness and safety worthy of clinical application. |
