Clinic Research On Treatment Of Chondromalacia Patellae By Qizhuzhanjin Power Combined With Binzhou Manipulation

Objective：To observe the clinical research on Treatment of Chondromalaciapatellae by Qizhuzhanjin power combined with Binzhou massage manipulation.With the purpose of searching a more safe and reliable method for people in theearly phase Chondromalacia patellae，all the patients were taken treatment byQizhuzhanjin power combined with massage manipulation. Then the clinicalsymptom grading before and after treatment were collected and analysis toinvestigate the efficacy.Methods：60outpatients met the inclusion criteria were randomly dividedinto the observation group and control group，30cases in each group. Theobservation group contained male11cases (14knees)， female19cases(21knees)，the average age was about34.9±8.2years， and the average durationwas6.8±4.3months; the control group contained male11cases (11knees)，female19cases (22knees)，the average age was32.77±6.38，the average duration was5.9±5.2months. The observation group30cases were treated with Qizhuzhanjinpower combined with massage manipulation，while the others in the control groupwere executed with common technique，and the course was3weeks. Before andafter the treatment，all patients were to be done WOMAC Joint score，and thenevaluated the indicators，compared the curative effect of two groups.Results：Observation group and control group before and after treatment inpain symptom，stiffness，daily activity and total scores were significant differences(P <0.05)， the two methods of treatment were effective methods to treatChondromalacia patellae.The curative effect of observation group of0bservationgroup on pain symptom and daily activity was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Both groups can relieve stiffness，but less obvious.The rate of therapeuticeffectiveness in observation group and control group were94.3%and84.8%respectively showing significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion：Through the clinical observation study it could be seen that asignificant factor of the Chondromalacia patellae was the imbalance of musclemechanics or its physiological environment disorder.If follow the theory“TreatingSoft Tissue For Bone Disease”，focused on treating soft tissue，could have asatisfactory curative effect. If adhere to function exercise，it could effectivelyprevent or delay the progression of recurrence.The treatment of Chondromalaciapatellae by Qizhuzhanjin power combined with Binzhou massage manipulationwas a safe and reliable method for generalization.
