Study On Mechanism Of Myoelectric Effect Of Abdominal Acupuncture On Sciatica Secondary To Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective:The patients can be observed the changes in their nerve conduction velocity and amplitude of the common peroneal and tibial nerves through electromyography.The content of electromyography will help us verify the efficacy of abdominal acupuncture in treating secondary sciatica with lumbar disc herniation.We will compared abdominal acupuncture with traditional acupuncture and explore the best curative effect for the treatment of secondary sciatica with lumbar disc herniation.Methods: A total of 72 cases are included in this study.A 1: 1 complete randomized controlled trial was used,including 36 cases in the treatment group and 36 in the control group.The treatment group was treated with abdominal acupuncture and the control group was treated with traditional acupuncture.Based on the changes of electromyogram,we can observe the efficacy of abdominal acupuncture for secondary sciatica with lumbar disc herniation on clinical efficacy.Results: Combined with the electromyogram,it showed that the effect of abdominal acupuncture on secondary sciatica with lumbar disc herniation was better than that of traditional acupuncture.The total effective rate of clinical effect in the treatment group was94.44%,While the control group was 86.11%.The comparison between the two groups was significant(P <0.01),it shows that the treatment group was better than the control group.Electromyography can directly observe the effect of acupuncture and provide doctors with a direct basis for judging the effect.Conclusion: The efficacy of abdominal acupuncture in treating secondary sciatica is obviously better than that of traditional acupuncture.Electromyography can judge the effect more intuitively.This can further promote the standardization and professionalization of acupuncture.
