| Objective:It is indicated by statistics that stroke is one of the diseases that threaten people's health. It will still be the major serious disease by the development of aged society. Stroke include apoplexy, bleeding in cavitas subarachnoidealis, cerebral ischemia. The high incidency rate and disability rate result from stroke are paid attention to by medical area. The people who suffer from stroke once will face with recurrent stroke, and 1/3 to 1/2 of the patients who have suffered from stroke have the potential danger on recurrent stroke .The condition of recurrent patient will be more serious than before. So it is important to control the recurrent stroke. The subject observe the change of factor which related to the recurrent stroke such as hcy,Fg and AT-III by compare scalp acupuncture treatment and body acupuncture treatment in order to find the effective and simple measure to prevent the recurrent stroke .MethodThe 60 cases all came from inpatient and outpatient department of NO1 hospital in Wuhan.The standard of diagnosis are separately based on the standard made by national TCM bureau and the fourth cerebral disease conference. All the patients are diagnosed as brain ischemia by CT or MRI. The patients are divided into two groups.32 cases are treated by scalp acupuncture and 28 cases are treated by body acupuncture. The first group prick Dingnie Qianxiexian(from Qingding oblique to Xuanli) and Dingnie Houxiexian(from Baihui oblique to Qubin). To twist the needle 1 to 2 minutes every 10 minutes. To excise the paralyzed limbs during the treatment, to treat once everyday and 6 times continuely, then stop for one day. To repeat the treatment for two months. The body treatment group select the acupoints which based on the sixth acupuncture textbook such as Jianyu,Quchi,Waiguan, Hegu, Huantiao, YangLinQuan,ZuSanLi,Jiexi. The two sides of acupoints are pricked. To leave the needle for 30minutes and twist every needle for Ito2 minutes every ten minutes. One time everyday and to treat 6 times continuously then stop for one day. To treat for two months totally. To observe the quality of hcy ,Fg and AT-III before and after the second and the sixth month of the treatment.Meanwhile, to compare the rehappening rate of stroke of two groups after the sixth month treatment. At last ,to statistic and analyze the data.Result1. Curative effect: the curative effect have no difference between two groups in the second month of treatment. (P > 0.05)2. The quality of hcy and Fg decreased in both groups, moreover,the quality of hcy and Fg of scalp acupuncture group decreased more obvious than those of body acupuncture group after two and six month of treatment. It has obvious difference analyzed by statistics. ( P <0.01)3. The quality of AT-III increased in both groups, moreover,the quality of AT-III of scalp acupuncture group increased more obvious than that of body acupuncture group after two and six month of treatment. It has obvious difference analyzed by statistics. ( P < 0.01 )4. The rehappening rate on stroke of scalp acupuncture group is 3%,body acupuncture group is 14.3% in the sixth month of treatment.
