Objective: This research through the female mice ovary resection,3 months,establishing the model of postmenopausal osteoporosis group gastric gavage ultrapure water,jiale,add and subtract kidney golden ball soup,kidney,liuwei dihuang pill soup soup,golden golden watch to add and subtract kidney shot bind on postmenopausal osteoporosis mice bone strength(ipads strength),bone mineral density(ipads mineral density,BMD),bone trabecular(ipads trabecula),Stem epiphyseal end(Stem epiphyseal end),the role of immunohistochemical(immunohistochemical),and observation of postmenopausal osteoporosis mice body weight,weight of the uterus,explore and subtract kidney golden ball soup in postmenopausal osteoporosis in mice,so as to the clinical treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis(Postmenopause osteoporosis,PMOP)to provide new ideas and new methods.Methods: 62 will clean level 3 months female mice were randomly divided into 6 groups,respectively Control(Sham Operation Group,The Group S,11),Model Group(Model Group,Group M,11),The Control Group(The Control Group,Group C,only 10),add and subtract kidney shot following The golden Group(Jinguishenqi Pill Decoction Group,JD Group,10),kidney shot following The golden Group(Jinguishenqi Pill Group,J Group,10),Liuweidihuang Soup Group,L Group,10).After one week of adaptive feeding,the M group,C group,JD group,J group and L group were given bilateral oophorectomy to make a model,while the S group was given a volume of adipose tissue around the ovaries of mice,and the penicillin tablets were taken orally for 3 days to fight infection.One mouse in group S and one mouse in group M was randomly sacrificed after 30 days.The right femur was taken and the coronal section was decalcified.After HE staining,the density of bone trabeculae and metaphyseal was observed under light microscope to determine the success of modeling.After administration,except for the S group and the M group,all the other 4groups were treated with the corresponding dose of gavage drugs.In JD group,J group and L group,raw dose was calculated according to the ratio of human to mouse 1:0.035,and 8 times water and 6 times water were successively concentrated to 30 ml.Group C to bujiale.After 90 days of continuous gavage,weight changes of mice were detected respectively.The maximum load of left femur and left tibia was measured by small animal bone strength meter,bone biomechanical index,uterine weight,immunohistochemical,and the bone trabeculae and metaphyseal of femur and tibia were observed.Results: From the time before gavage to the 90 th day of gavage(before execution),compared with the S group,the weight of the M group increased significantly.Compared with M group,JD group,J group and L group had stable body weight.Bone biomechanics:Compared with the M group,the effect of JD group was significant,which could effectively improve the bone strength value of postmenopausal osteoporosis mice,increase the area and thickness of bone trabeculae,and increase the amount of metaphyseal bone.There was no significant difference between JD group and C group.The L group was significantly different from the JD group.Conclusion: Adding and reducing Jinguishenqiwan decoction can effectively improve the bone strength of postmenopausal osteoporosis model mice,increase the number and density of bone trabeculae of femur and tibia,and increase the amount of bone in epiphysis,so as to treat postmenopausal osteoporosis.
