Clinical Research Of Self-made Gout Prescription In The Treatment Of Gouty Arthritis (Heat-dampness Stagnate Syndrome)

Objective:In this study,the clinical efficacy of self-made gout prescription in the treatment of gouty arthritis(Heat-dampness stagnate syndrome)was observed,so as to determine the clinical feasibility and application value of this regimen in the treatment of gouty arthritis(Heat-dampness stagnate syndrome).Methods: This research mainly through the screening in January 2019 to December2019,changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital during orthopedics clinics and diagnosed with gouty arthritis patients(Heat-dampness stagnate syndrome),according to the test of filtered,ruled out standards for such patients,after repeated screening,finally into the group of 66 patients,according to the new time sequence were randomized into treatment group and control group(n = 33.At the same time of basic treatment,the treatment group was treated with gout prescription,and the control group was treated with simiao pills.,obtained two groups of patients before and after treatment in the VAS pain score and TCM syndrome integral,joint swelling index,blood uric acid levels,inflammatory reaction factor level and clinical effectiveness of related numerical analysis,record the adverse drug reaction,by means of two groups of patients before and after the treatment effect of the contrast analysis,objective evaluation on the gout party gouty arthritis(Heat-dampness stagnate syndrome)in curative effect,provide data for diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine standard.Results: A total of 66 cases were collected in this study,during which 1 case of abscess occurred in both the treatment group and the control group,so only 64 patients could be observed.(1)VAS pain score: after treatment,the data of VAS pain score of the two groups were statistically analyzed,and there was a significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the improvement of pain symptoms in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group.(2)Levels of inflammatory response factors: after treatment,the data of inflammatory response factors in the two groups were statistically analyzed,and the results showed that there was a significant difference(P<0.05),indicating that the level of inflammatory response factors inthe treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group.(3)TCM syndrome score: after treatment,the data of TCM syndrome score of patients in the two groups were statistically analyzed,and no significant difference was found(P>0.05),indicating that there was no significant difference in the degree of improvement of TCM clinical symptoms in the two groups after treatment.(4)Joint swelling and pain index: after treatment,the data of joint swelling and pain index in the two groups were statistically analyzed,and no significant difference was found(P>0.05),indicating that there was no significant difference in the degree of improvement of joint swelling and pain symptoms in the two groups after treatment.(5)Blood uric acid level: after treatment,the data of blood uric acid level in the two groups were statistically analyzed,and no significant difference was found(P> 0.05),indicating that there was no significant difference in the improvement degree of blood uric acid level in the two groups after treatment.(6)Overall efficacy:according to the treatment results of patients,the number of apparent efficacy patients in the treatment group was 16,accounting for 50%,significantly higher than the number of apparent efficacy patients in the control group(25%).(7)Adverse reactions: there were no adverse reactions in the treatment group and the control group.Conclusion:Compared with the patients who took simiao pills orally,the gout policy has better clinical efficacy in the treatment of patients with gout arthritis(Heat-dampness stagnate syndrome).According to the experimental data,although both of them can effectively improve the pain symptoms,TCM clinical symptoms and joint swelling and pain symptoms in patients with this disease,and effectively reduce the level of serum uric acid and inflammatory factors in patients;However,the effect of gout prescription in improving patients’ pain symptoms and reducing the level of inflammatory factors in the treatment group was significantly better than that of simiao pill in the control group.Therefore,it can be proved that gout prescription is more effective and accurate in the clinical treatment of patients with gout arthritis(Heat-dampness stagnate syndrome),which can not only inhibit the acute inflammatory response of gout more effectively,but also better relieve the pain symptoms of this disease.
