Treatment Of Liver Depression Syndrome With Dark Spots With Xieyuxiaoban Decoction Clinical Observation

Objective: Through the clinical observation on the clinical efficacy of xieyuxiaoban decoction in the treatment of febrile liver depression syndrome,this paper further explores the mechanism of the treatment of febrile spot with the method of " Liver gas,blood and plaque " in traditional Chinese medicine,and confirms its effectiveness and safety.The nature of the study is clinical observation.Methods: According to the order of treatment,the patients were randomly divided into two groups,32 in the treatment group and 32 in the control group,64 in total.The treatment group was given one bag of Jieyu Xiaoban Decoction twice a day.The control group was given baicaoxiang Jieyu Anshen capsule,4 capsules once,twice a day,orally.15 days is a course of treatment,a total of 4 courses.Results: After clinical observation,11 cases(34.38%)were cured,14 cases(43.75%)were significantly effective,3 cases(9.38%)were effective,and 4 cases(12.50%)were ineffective in the treatment group.The total effective rate was 87.50%.In the control group,2 cases(6.25%)were cured,10 cases(31.25%)were significantly effective,13 cases(40.63%)were effective,and 7 cases(21.88%)were ineffective.The total effective rate was 78.13%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.By statistical analysis,P < 0.05,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion: The clinical study shows that the treatment of Xieyuxiaoban decoction is effective and has no obvious adverse reactions and is worth clinical promotion.
