Objective:The main purpose of this project is to observe the clinical efficacy of Renmai moxibustion combined with pelvic floor muscle training in treating female stress urinary incontinence, and to provide a basis for Renmai moxibustion combined with pelvic floor muscle training to treat female stress urinary incontinence,so as to enrich and develop acupuncture for women The method and theory of SUI provide basis and reference for the clinical treatment of SUI by acupuncture. Methods: Taking female patients with stress urinary incontinence as the research object, the cases came from the acupuncture and moxibustion department, gynecology department and urology clinic and treatment area of **** hospital. They were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method.Pelvic floor muscle training, the control group was pelvic floor muscle training,36 cases in each group. The course of treatment was:Renmai moxibustion, once every 3 days, twice a week, and pelvic floor muscle training three times a day,for a total of 8 weeks of treatment.Patients in the two groups were subjected to a 1-hour urine pad test,an International Urinary Incontinence Advisory Committee Urinary Incontinence Questionnaire(ICI-Q-SF)score before treatment,4 weeks after treatment, and 8 weeks after treatment. The changes in urine leakage and ICI-Q-SF score in the 1h urine pad test were analyzed.Results:1.The age, duration, severity of the disease, and urine leakage and ICI-Q-SF score of the urine pad test 1 h before treatment in the two groups were statistically tested, and the P values were all greater than 0.05,with no statistical difference.2.After 4 weeks of treatment, the urine leakage and ICI-Q-SF score of the 1-hour urine pad test were compared between the groups,P> 0.05,there was no statistical difference.3.After 8 weeks of treatment, the urine leakage and ICI-Q-SF score of the 1-hour urine pad test were compared between the groups,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.4.Before treatment, after 4 weeks of treatment, and after 8 weeks of treatment in the treatment group, the urine leakage and ICI-Q-SF score of the 1-hour urine pad test were compared,P <0.05,which was statistically significant. After 4 weeks of treatment, before and after 8 weeks of treatment, the urine leakage and ICI-Q-SF score of the 1-hour urine pad test were compared,P <0.05,which was statistically significant;after 4 weeks of treatment and 8 weeks after treatment,1 hour There was no significant difference in urine leakage between urine pad test and ICI-Q-SF score,P> 0.05.5.The total effective rates of the treatment group and control group were 91.66% and75.00%,respectively.There was a difference between the two groups(p <0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Treatment of 36 patients with Ren pulse moxibustion combined with pelvic floor muscle training,12 cases were cured,21 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 91.66%;36 patients treated with pelvic floor muscle training alone,5cases were cured,22 cases were effective,Nine cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 75.00%.Ren pulse moxibustion combined with pelvic floor muscle training and simple pelvic floor muscle training has a definite effect on the treatment of female mild to moderate stress incontinence, and Ren pulse moxibustion combined with pelvic floor muscle training The therapeutic effect of pure pelvic floor muscle training therapy.2.Renmai moxibustion combined with pelvic floor muscle training group and simple pelvic floor muscle training group has no significant difference in the treatment effect on women with mild to moderate stress urinary incontinence in the short term(at 4 weeks of treatment). The improvement effect of ICI-Q-SF score is equivalent.3.During the entire treatment cycle(8 weeks of treatment),Ren pulse moxibustion combined with pelvic floor muscle training group with the increase in the number of treatments 1 hour urine pad test urine leakage and ICI-Q-SF scores decreased accordingly, the number of treatments and the treatment effect were positive Relatedly, the improvement in efficacy is more and more obvious.4.In the simple pelvic floor muscle training group,in the short term(at 4 weeks of treatment),the urine leakage and ICI-Q-SF score of 1 hour urine pad test decreased significantly, and the treatment effect was significant. In the later period(at 4 weeks to 8weeks of treatment),urine leakage at 1 hour urine pad test The amount and ICI-Q-SF score showed no significant improvement.
