Objective:The purpose of this study was to observe the curative effect of belt vessel moxibustion combined with pelvic floor muscle training on female patients with mild-tomoderate stress urinary incontinence. In order to get evidence for clinical application this article performed a study to compare the clinical curative effects of simple pelvic floor muscle training Mechanism of action.Method: Seventy-two participants with mild-to-moderate stress urinary incontinence were randomly assigned to experimental group or control group by random number table method, and each group has 36 cases. The control group and experimental group will undergo treatment sessions with pelvic floor muscle training three times a day over an 8-week period, and the experimental group treated with dai channel moxibustion once a week for 8 weeks. All included patients will be followed up and investigated for urinary incontinence, the frequency of urinary incontinence within 24 h,the change of ICI-Q-SF scale at 0,4 and 8 weeks after intervention. Two groups of curative effect, and observed and compared the clinical curative effect difference of two groups.Results:1.After 4 weeks of treatment, compared with before treatment, the number of urinary incontinence incontinence after treatment, the average frequency of 24-hour urinary incontinence, and the ICI-Q-SF scale score were significantly reduced(P < 0.01)for several weeks of treatment.Compared with 4 weeks after treatment, there was a statistically significant difference in improvement of efficacy indexes between pulsed ginger moxibustion combined with pelvic floor muscle training group(P <0.01).There was no statistically significant difference in improvement of efficacy indexes of pelvic floor muscles.P> 0.05);After 8 weeks of treatment and before treatment, the efficacy of the two groups was significantly improved(P <0.01),1 hour urinary incontinence test,24 hour urinary incontinence,ICI-Q The score-SF scale was significantly reduced.2.Comparing the two groups, the experimental group was superior to the control group in improving the influencing rate of urinary incontinence, the frequency of incontinence, and the quality of life score. After 4 weeks of treatment, there was a difference in the improvement of each efficacy index between the two groups(P<0.05);after 8 weeks of treatment, there was a significant difference(P<0.01).3.In the experimental group,32 cases were cured,4 cases were cured,15 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 87.50%;32 cases in the control group,1 case was cured,11 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were effective, and 11 cases were invalid. The efficiency was 65.63%,there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: Ginger moxibustion on belt vessel combined with pelvic floor muscle training and pelvic floor muscle training alone for women with mild-to-moderate stress urinary incontinence are effective treatment, with ginger moxibustion on belt vessel combined with pelvic floor muscle training improved clinical efficacy was significantly effective than simple pelvic floor Muscle training method.Ginger moxibustion on belt vessel combined with pelvic floor muscle training can be used as a safe and effective clinical treatment for mild-to-moderate stress urinary incontinence patients.
