Clinical Study Of Acupuncture Combined With Three-step Analgesia In The Treatment Of Cancer Pain

Purpose : Objective to explore the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with three-step analgesic method in the treatment of cancer pain,adverse reactions,and the impact on the quality of life of patients.Material and method:All the patients were from the oncology department of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine,and they were consistent with the diagnosis of malignant tumor with cancer pain.A total of 80 cases were collected.Among them,acupuncture combined with three-step analgesic therapy was included in the acupuncture group,and three-step analgesic therapy alone was included in the non acupuncture group.After the two groups of patients with NRS score of 1-3 were included in the mild pain group,NRS score of 4-10 were included in the moderate to severe pain group.There were 20 cases in the mild pain acupuncture group,20 cases in the mild pain non acupuncture group,20 cases in the moderate to severe pain acupuncture group,and 20 cases in the moderate to severe pain non acupuncture group.The NRS score,daily use of analgesics,analgesic onset time,daily frequency of pain outbreak,quality of life score and adverse reactions were compared.Results:1.There was no significant difference in NRS score between patients with cancer pain treated by acupuncture combined with three-step analgesic method and patients treated by three-step analgesic method alone(P = 0.65,P > 0.05).However,acupuncture combined with three-step analgesic method can reduce the NRS score of patients to a certain extent and improve the complete remission rate of patients.2.Acupuncture combined with three-step analgesia can reduce the dosage of painkillers and achieve analgesic effect faster,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).And can improve the quality of life of patients(P < 0.05),can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients with constipation,although not statistically significant,but reduce the number of patients with oral laxatives.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture combined with three-step analgesic method is effective in the treatment of cancer pain.2.Acupuncture combined with three-step analgesic method can reduce the dosage of painkillers for cancer pain patients and reduce the number of pain outbreaks.3.Acupuncture combined with three-step analgesic method is more effective in the treatment of cancer pain,which can reduce the incidence of constipation to a certain extent.
