| Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of paving moxibustion on cancer fatigue in breast cancer patients,to observe the improvement of quality of life and fatigue of breast cancer patients,as well as the effect on peripheral blood image and immune index,and to clarify the clinical application value of paving moxibustion in treating CRF.Methods: Clinical inclusion from January 2019 to January 2020,66 breast cancer patients were admitted from the oncology clinic and ward of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The group was divided into moxibustion group and control group by random method,taking into account the unity of age group,marriage background and education level when grouping.The control group was given basic treatment,the treatment group in addition to basic intervention,and then moxibustion treatment,once a week,for 4 weeks,to observe the improvement of the quality of life,fatigue degree,peripheral blood,immune indicators of the two groups before and after treatment.And using SPSS23.0 statistical software for data analysis.Results: The KPS scores of the two groups were increased in different degrees after treatment and the moxibustion group was better than the control group(P ^0.05).The PFS scale score of the moxibustion group was significantly decreased after treatment(P^0.05),and the PFS scale score of the control group was not significantly decreased before and after treatment.The indexes of WBC,RBC and HGB were significantly increased after treatment in the moxibustion group,and the curative effect was better than that in the control group(P ^0.05).According to the change of immune index,the immune index of the moxibustion group increased obviously,but the control group did not change significantly.Conclusion:Moxibustion has certain advantages in the treatment of cancer-related fatigue in breast cancer patients.It can effectively improve the patient's KPS score,reduce the PFS scale score of the patient,adjust the level of peripheral blood and immune index,reduce the fatigue degree of the patient,and improve the quality of life of the patient. |
