Objective:This paper observes the clinical efficacy of Six Methods of Jiang's Massage combined with acupuncture group and conventional massage combined with acupuncture treatment for patients with lumbar disc herniation,and explores whether Six Methods of Jiang's Massage Methods are superior in clinical treatment.Requirements and precautions,seeking an effective method and novel ideas for the clinical treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Method:A total of 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation who were treated in the outpatient department of Anhui Acupuncture and Moxibustion Hospital were divided into treatment group and control group using random data table method.The control group used conventional massage combined with acupuncture treatment,once a day,10 times as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment,before and after treatment,SPSS 21.0 was used to JOA score,VAS pain score,Oswestry dysfunction index score Statistical analysis was performed to compare the comparability of the two groups of patients before treatment and whether the treatment results of the two groups were different.Result:1.Before treatment,statistical analysis was performed on the general data of the two groups of patients,such as gender,age,and course of disease.The statistical analysis showed no significance and comparability.2.JOA score,VAS pain score,and Oswestry score efficacy evaluation: After treatment,the JOA score,VAS pain score,and Oswestry score of the two groups were significantly improved than before treatment;but the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant significance.3.6 cases were cured in the treatment group,16 cases were markedly effective,7cases were improved,1 case was ineffective,3 cases were cured in the control group,10 cases were markedly improved,13 cases were improved,and 4 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,and the control group The total effective rate was 86.67%.Z =-2.343 and P = 0.019 <0.05 were obtained by rank sum test between the two groups of data,which had significant statistical differences.Analysis conclusion:1.Six Methods of Jiang's Massagecombined acupuncture and conventional massage combined with acupuncture can all improve the symptoms of lumbar and leg pain in patients with lumbar disc herniation and improve the quality of life of patients.2.By comparing the results of statistical treatment after treatment between the two groups of patients,it can be seen that Six Methods of Jiang's Massagecombined with acupuncture have a more significant effect than conventional massage combined with acupuncture.Preferred.
